This position is on-site and supports both the Racine and Milwaukee manufacturing operations. The Sr. HRBP works closely with and acts as a liaison with functional leaders in the Company as well as interacting with employees throughout the organization. The Sr. HRBP in the near term will be tasked with updating HR policies, processes and procedures to accommodate significant company growth both organically and via acquisition.
