Brendan Miller is a senior executive company growth, operations, & revenue increase leader with two decades of experience growing & scaling start-up to mature healthcare companies, transforming healthcare delivery, improving the healthcare consumer experience, and decreasing the total cost of care.He has proven executive experience in understanding the industry, driving & sustaining material revenue growth-via corporate strategy, M&A, sales, account management, marketing, partners, product development, operational excellence, leading and developing teams, and creating & taking to market large analytic technology and healthcare delivery solutions. He has successfully driven top line revenue and bottom line earnings growth for Bare International, NACDS, America’s Health Insurance Plans, Wellness Corporate Solutions, HealthMine, and MultiPlan. Brendan is a strategic advisor to healthcare CEO’s and frequently presents on sustainable healthcare company revenue growth, healthcare analytics technology and patient-centered, value-based care delivery innovations.

Clive Wu was COO and CTO of HealthCrowd. An avid automobile club-racer and serial technology entrepreneur, Clive is an expert in data analytics and optimization. While at Stanford, he worked under Prof. Stephen Boyd and co-authored two popular open-source convex optimization software packages. He was most recently CEO at HanuNet, a mobile media startup he co-founded. Before HanuNet, Clive co-founded Aprio Technologies (acquired) which improves the performance and reduces the power-consumption of everyday mobile devices. He is an inventor on 14 US/International patents. Clive holds a B.S. in EE from the National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan, an M.S. and Ph.D. in EE from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
