YOU ARE: A high-powered sales professional with extensive experience exceeding quota and impacting growth with an organization. In this role you will serve as a brand ambassador responsible for growing gross merchandise value (GMV) in target territories with retailers and partner with regional retail leadership to drive strategy, product adoption, lease to own (LTO) sales and brand loyalty.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
Consistently engage field leadership to communicate our retailer and customer value propositions as well as align on mutual business objectives at the highest levels of our retailer field organization
Conduct business reviews with retail partner field leadership to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies and tactics to overcome growth inhibitors
Work with business leaders to influence and motivate them to meet and exceed business commitments and drive channel sales
Educate and inform teams on products, solutions, technology and solutions available to drive channel
Work effectively cross functionally to resolve and assess a wide range of issues in creative ways and suggest variations in approach to field and account management
Using gathered insights as well as data, coordinate with people managers across the sales organization to ensure necessary field support for retail partner locations
Create strategic plans that can be effectively communicated and executed across teams to achieve business objectives
Effectively and proactively use tools and resources, including Salesforce.com, to track activities, resolve and share work progress
Consistently exceed GMV targets and grow LTO applications through strategic and practical execution of a plan
Create and execute strategic sales plans and measure the effectiveness of the strategy and impact to business
Resolve compliance cases as necessary to ensure retailers are accurately representing Progressive Leasing solution and options in a timely manner
Travel required (approximately 50%)
YOU'LL BRING:
Sales growth-oriented professional with experience partnering with larger scale organizations
6+ years of relevant sales and/or channel management experience
Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed quota and grow channel business
Ability to communicate goals and objectives, gain commitments and accountability for performance in channel
Exceptional collaboration, relationship building and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop working relationships at all levels
Must be able to handle all requirements associated with frequent out of town travel
Must meet all qualifications of our Driver Safety Policy and consistently maintain a clean driving record, as defined within the policy

Required Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technically rigorous domain such as Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, Digital Forensics, etc.
5+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity and/or information security, or demonstrated equivalent capability.

SOC Incident Responder (VP)
Citi's Security Operations Center (SOC) Incident Response Team seeks a highly skilled and experienced incident response practitioner to support critical efforts aimed at protecting Citi infrastructure, assets, clients and stakeholders. This is a demanding role with global exposure and responsibility. You will serve both as a technical subject matter expert and as an ambassador for the incident response team. As part of the business and in direct partnership with relationship coverage bankers, Funds UW team provide thorough, objective analysis of the financial condition and credit worthiness of borrowers, including prevailing covered industry sector and product/market conditions, as well as the appropriate credit structure based on various risk considerations.
The Funds UW Analyst is responsible for supporting the underwriting and monitoring of a material amount of credit risk associated with capital deployed across a variety of lending products appropriate for commercial banking relationships. The Funds UW Analyst provides critical support with driving internal analytical work product that serves to underpin credit approval decisions and maintains ongoing credit oversight of the lending portfolio relationships through quarterly and/or annual reviews along with covenant and other reporting monitoring, as applicable. The Funds industry/specialty vertical requires developing knowledge of the unique sector/product drivers and key performance indicators to make well-informed credit underwriting decisions and proactively manage the portfolio based on a dynamic environment. The Funds UW Analyst assists with the production of sector and sub-segment insights for key internal and external stakeholders and develops the credit-specific risk assessments on new originations and portfolio requests.
The Funds UW Analyst role also requires the individual to develop an understanding of various Citi Wholesale Credit (WCR) and CCB-specific credit policies, processes, and procedures, and how to apply these concepts consistently in practice, including ensuring the portfolio is appropriately risk-rated and classified, properly secured (if applicable) and that early warning signs are established and proactively addressed.
An Analyst in ICM CCR Funds UW can contribute to strategic projects for NAM or Global initiatives and provide critical inputs that direct the future of credit formation within the CCB. Additionally, the Funds UW Analyst is expected to rapidly develop the necessary technical skills through training from various teams and forums across CCB and ICM to promote the development and application of credit skills.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the end-to-end lending process within the CCB for Asset Management Company clients that manage traditional real money funds, hedge funds, and private equity funds
Rapidly develop knowledge of Funds portfolio and industry, and create well-supported analysis that effectively balances risk and business objectives
Ensure appropriate regulatory classification and minimizing net credit losses for covered portfolio, as well as identify emerging areas of concerns that should be escalated
Produce the underlying analysis and workflow supporting underwriting requests for new-to-bank and existing credit relationships, including pre-screening opportunities, facilitate amendments and extensions, perform annual reviews and other credit requests, including the related diligence
Timely analysis and preparation of monthly and/or quarterly financial memo reviews of existing borrowers to track compliance with loan covenants, raising potential concerns and taking necessary actions in partnership with other key stakeholders for the assigned portfolio
Facilitate the loan documentation process for both new transactions and amendments or modifications; including coordination with internal partners and/or outside legal counsel to ensure that all credit approval terms and conditions are appropriately represented in the closing documents
Attend periodic meetings regarding covered portfolio clients and select new to bank opportunities in partnership with Funds UW Credit Officer and the Relationship Management team
Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge in the various credit products and services offered to CCB clients
Mentor and develop more junior staff and other support to become effective resources and future contributors
Recommend and champion changes to improve existing processes to achieve greater efficiency and controls
Work proactively, and in a constructive and diplomatic manner, with internal and external stakeholders to keep transactions moving forward and in accordance with appropriate controls
Qualifications
1-3 years of banking, finance or related experience in credit underwriting, portfolio and/ or risk management with a multinational financial services organization
Knowledge of basic accounting and financial concepts and their practical application in the credit underwriting process
Basic understanding of Counterparty Credit Risk topics and investment product risk concepts, such as portfolio risk, stress testing, Greeks/sensitivities, bond pricing, derivatives
Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation and listening) and organizational skills; ability to complete multiple priorities in a timely manner

Responsibilities:

Large-Scale Project Leadership: Lead and/or partner on large-scale, complex projects requiring a technical build, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Technology, Fraud Policy, Risk, Operations, and Product. Write business requirements that define the technical needs associated with projects, review Technical designs, User Stories, Test Scripts for accuracy and completeness.
Campaign Management & Execution: Partner with internal teams to ensure flawless design and execution of existing customer marketing campaigns, meeting business goals and driving credit card growth and customer engagement.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Implement test strategies, critically analyze potential issues, assess impacts, and recommend additional testing to maintain channel integrity.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data to make informed decisions and recommendations related to marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify, manage, and resolve issues, mitigating risks and ensuring successful project completion.
Risk Management & Compliance: Demonstrate sound judgment and adhere to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, prioritizing the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients, and assets. Escalate and report control issues with transparency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (including Lending, Marketing, Operations, and Risk) to execute credit card lending projects and initiatives from inception to implementation, providing subject matter expertise and support.
Process Improvement & Automation: Proactively identify, promote, and implement opportunities for enhancements and automation related to promotional offers and campaigns, supporting control automation initiatives.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Essential Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you must possess substantial expertise, comprehensive knowledge, and a deep understanding of the complete promotional offer lifecycle. This encompasses the systems involved in creating offers, those that display offers to customers or agents, and the systems responsible for fulfilling promotional offers. This requirement spans both the marketing strategies and the technical infrastructure supporting these processes. Understanding the code that supports the offer lifecycle including offer creation, display and fulfillment is a must.
6-10 years of experience in Marketing, Operations and/or Technology, specifically within the Credit Card, Retail banking or financial services industry.
Proven ability to manage multiple large scale complex projects simultaneously, demonstrating advanced project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to think creatively and take ownership of solutions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and consistently meet tight deadlines.
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
Desired Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of technical systems supporting credit card offers, including acquisition/existing customer marketing platforms (e.g., ITSS) and campaign execution processes.
Significant experience working on strategic initiatives and technical implementation projects related to credit card lending and sales growth, particularly within acquisition and existing customer marketing.
Proven ability to define project scope and write comprehensive business requirements for technology projects.

The Application Development Manager is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.
