JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)
Performs all tasks under general supervision.
Provides training and assistance to less experienced Electricians.
Build electrical panels and test panels for production equipment to print.
Performs installations and demolition on buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems using one or more trade skills (e.g., electrical, mechanical).
Maintains current knowledge of all applicable procedures and safety measures.
Installs and replaces electrical circuits, equipment and appliances, using hand tools and testing instruments, to supply electrical power for lighting, equipment, and machine operations.
Provide power and control wiring for new equipment installations and equipment upgrades.
Assist in commissioning of newly installed or upgraded equipment.
Responsible for safely demolishing unused equipment and services.
Oversee construction contract and service work as assigned.
Order construction material as required.
Assist with keeping neat and orderly records on work performed.
Work with Engineering, Production Team Leads, Managers, Group Leaders, and fellow tradesmen to accomplish the desired result.
Adjust schedule and work hours to accomplish the desired result, must be able to work weekends and holidays as required.
Perform work assignments efficiently while being consistent with good safety practices.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

Must have a basic level of knowledge and experience in panel installation and wiring practices.

Participate in the development of Standard Operating Procedures for equipment & Maintenance tasks; regularly use these documents to ensure safe and efficient maintenance work.
Assist in the capture and upkeep of accurate equipment information in the Computerized Maintenance Management System database.
Participate in the initial installation & upkeep of equipment and piping label as required by plant policy.Develop personal skills through ongoing training both at the plant and through outside training classes.
Support the implementation and maintenance of an effective Preventative Maintenance program.
Make timely reporting & documentation of equipment breakdowns or mis-operation; provide troubleshooting to minimize downtime of plant equipment.
Record information required for Work Order closure time-spent on task, details on the work performed, additional work required and parts that were used.

The Opportunity:
* HVAC Market & industry researching to identify business opportunity and report to changes on market trend
* Collaborating with Sales team to discuss the needs in on going projects or potential possibilities to increase project winning ratio over competitor
* Running sales support programs and promotions to be initiated
* Analyzing sales and vertical market trend to identify business issue and risk
* Monitoring and managing project pipeline to maintain accuracy
* Monitoring and managing product life cycle
* Developing and maintaining analytical tools and database to measure & evaluate financial result
Qualifications:
* Bilingual Korean/English (writing and speaking)
* 2-4 years of related experience preferred
* Resourceful with strong attention to detail
* Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
