Summary/objective
The Intensive Community Services TSF Clinician is responsible for providing clinical behavioral health services in the community to DGS Clients. Therapists in this program will provide mental and behavioral health support to clients and their families, assisting them in being able to step-down to a less intense level of care.
Essential Functions :
Clinical
Attends and actively engages in weekly individual supervision and monthly group supervision
Provide psychoeducation to children, adolescents, and their families; and collaborate with DPBHS and other area providers as needed
Assess clients needs and risks by utilizing crisis intervention skills and/or services
Apply knowledge related to developmental factors, family and community systems in order to develop and implement treatment planning
Maintains an assigned caseload in compliance with agency standards related to direct clinical care
Teach, practice and support ongoing skill building in the home, school and/or community to increase resilience in children, adolescents, and families

Therapists in this program will provide mental and behavioral health support to clients and their families, assisting them in being able to step-down to a less intense level of care.
Essential Functions :
Clinical
Attends and actively engages in weekly individual supervision and monthly group supervision
Provide evaluative, diagnostic, and psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, and their families; and collaborate with DPBHS and other area providers as needed
Conceptualize course of treatment inclusive of appropriate modalities, interventions, frequency and duration of clinical services
Assess clients needs and risks by utilizing crisis intervention skills and/or services
Apply knowledge related to developmental factors, family and community systems in order to develop and implement treatment planning
Maintains an assigned caseload in compliance with agency standards related to direct clinical care
Demonstrate comprehensive skills in providing evaluation, diagnosis, and therapeutic services to build resilience in children, adolescents, and families
Provides feedback and suggestions for program improvement
Administrative & Clinical Documentation
Engages and collaborates with community resources, make appropriate referrals, and consult with other agencies on behalf of clients
Collaborates with school staff regarding behavioral health services for students
Complete required documentation for clinical records within established timeframes.
Participates in scheduled supervision with the direct People Leader

Travel required: Daily travel based on seeing clients in their homes and schools, taking them into the community, etc.
Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree which qualifies for licensure in the state of Delaware as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), License Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist.
Provide a minimum of 10 hours of service per week
Eligible for and working toward clinical licensure in the State of Delaware
Preferred Qualifications:
Two years relevant full-time post graduate experience working with children and families

Overview:
Performs magnetic resonance imaging procedures in accordance with the established professional and departmental standards and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Reviews consultation request, checking for special instructions from requesting physician and consults with the Radiologist or referring physician's office as necessary. Pleasantly greets patients, confirming their identification and introducing yourself. Completely explains examination procedure to the patient and their family if present. Demonstrates a complete working knowledge of all equipment located within the MRI department. Prepares and administers contrast media for administration by injection and reviews all pertinent forms. Performs MRI procedures according to established protocols. Maintains a daily activities log. Ensures appropriate storage and ordering of supplies. Monitors and reports supplies in shortage and special order items. Performs visual preventive safety inspections and conducts quality assurance tests on all equipment with regards to ACR regulations. Identifies any problems and communicates to the immediate supervisor. Evaluates recorded images for technical quality Demonstrates anatomy under investigation through proper positioning. Recognizes emergency situations, initiates code procedures and administers first aid or CPR as needed. Completes needed follow-up documentation such as contrast reaction forms, extravasations reports and Safety Tracking Tools. Telephone etiquette. Coordinates scheduling with other departments to ensure patient flow. Is competent to assist scheduling clerks with non-routine exams decisions. Orders exams, tracks patient data, scans documents and can make copies of exams as requested.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology or equivalent. Must complete Point of Care Testing training as part of Department Orientation. Ability to lift patients up to 50lbs.
Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology. Advanced registry in MRI is required.
