Our client is searching for DACS Telecommunications Technicians to decommission various locations. These locations could require travel for several months at a time depending on the site, which could be in different states throughout the country. This project should take about one year. Candidates must submit to a drug, background, and DMV test. The Telecommunications Technician is responsible for the decommissioning, grooming, and removal of telecommunications infrastructure from central office and remote locations. This role includes working on sites, fiber optic networks, copper systems. This role ensures safe and efficient site exists while maintaining equipment inventory, coordinating with stakeholders, and restoring sites to contractual requirements.
