The MRITechnologist is responsible for producing images in various planes and formats. Also, required to Practice infection control per hospital policy. The MRITechnologist maintains open communication with internal and external customers. The Technologist is responsible for practicing MRI safety at all times.

The Staff Radiation Therapist in the Radiation Oncology Department applies ionizing radiation to a diverse population of patients in accordance with the prescription and instructions of the Radiation Oncologist. They must be capable of operating radiation-producing equipment utilizing radiation safety measures and be able to perform a series of complex and precise technical procedures.

Proficiency in MRI protocols and safety procedures
Strong attention to detail and excellent patient communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with Cerner imaging systems
Knowledge of CT, XR, US imaging modalities
Prior experience in outpatient radiology centers
Ability to adapt to new technology and equipment quickly
Preferred Education and Experience:
Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) with specialized MRI training
At least 2 years of relevant MRI experience in outpatient or hospital settings
Other Requirements:
Schedule: Evenings, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, for a 12-week assignment
Must be within a 50-mile radius of the location - no local candidates from beyond this range will be considered
Valid licensure and certifications in relevant imaging modalities
Ability to travel, if necessary, with reimbursement for travel expenses and licensure renewal
This role offers a competitive pay rate of $57.29 per hour, along with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and a robust referral bonus program.
