Job Responsibilities Daily processing and reconciliation of daily sales activity to receipts collected and Accounts Receivable Posting of daily credit card, ACH and check deposits to be submitted to Aramark Cash & Banking department for reconciliation Review Accounts Payable entries and making journal entries for adjustments as needed. Enter all financial activity (sales, labor and direct expenses) into Aramark finance software and track/explain variances to operating Plan and projections Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports for both client and Aramark senior leadership Perform daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts To carry out daily credit control procedures ensuring overdue debts and bad debts are kept to a minimum Work with Catering sales team to collect all Accounts Receivable and ensure deposits are being collected for catering events Meet all targets set out by the Company Plan Processing and resolving of daily customer accounts queries and issues e.g. copying invoices/statements Maintain all files and documentation to a high standard Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly analysis of outstanding debts and report any issues to AR Manager as needed. Advance unresolved issues Any ad hoc duties that may arise Note: Due to the nature of the business additional duties may be assigned from time to time.
