Assess muscle tension, posture, and movement restrictions before sculpting and detox treatment.
Explain sculpting techniques and customize sessions based on client needs.
Provide aftercare advice, such as hydration, and self-care tips.
Perform various sculpting techniques.
Ensure proper body mechanics to prevent self-injury and maintain stamina.
Your Qualifications:
Must be a licensed Massage Therapist in Tennessee in good standing.
Ability to work onsite at client location
Willingness to remain up to date on The Tox sculpting and detoxification patented procedures.

Plumbing Project Manager

Pay Range
$75,000 - $125,000 base (DOE) + full benefits
Lead commercial plumbing projects from preconstruction through closeout across sectors including healthcare, education, hospitality, manufacturing, and institutional. You'll own scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction-no fluff, real delivery.
What You'll Do
Build & lead the team: set purpose, direction, and cadence; hold subs and vendors accountable.
Plan & execute: define requirements, WBS, budgets, buyout, logistics, and risk mitigations.
Schedule control: run GC schedule integration; maintain 30/90/120-day labor look-aheads and weekly updates.
Cost & reporting: monthly financials, projections, change management, and pay apps.
Docs & quality: manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, QA/QC, and closeout (O&M, training, punch).
Client interface: single point of contact for owners/GCs; communicate status, risks, and recovery plans.
Supply chain: procure long-lead items; develop/maintain vendor & subcontractor partnerships.
Risk & safety: enforce company safety standards; escalate issues early per plan.
Required Qualifications
4+ years project management experience in plumbing construction (HVAC exposure a plus).
Proven delivery against schedule and budget with strong RFI/submittal/change-order control.
Sharp with deadlines, cost discipline, and stakeholder management at all levels.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; comfortable running owner/GC meetings.
Preferred
PMP/PRINCE2 (or equivalent).
Scheduling tools: Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6.
Experience with monthly financial projections and team coaching/mentoring.
OSHA 30.
