Job Description
Actively seeking a Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer to solicit new CRE loan business through a network of brokers, business owners, and investors.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Will solicit and coordinate the closing of commercial loans; responsible for commercial loan business development and to act as the bank's contact with commercial loan clients, brokers, and contractors.
Will provide guidance to potential developers relating to partnership agreements, collateral, feasibility studies, and vacancy rate factors, if applicable.
Will provide service to prospective commercial loan customers and interview applicants to develop information concerning their needs, credit, stability, earnings, and potential income to the property to assist in determining whether the commercial loan package will be an acceptable risk.
Will obtain and analyze pertinent financial and credit data on all partners involved in the project; will arrange for the appraisal of the property and/or feasibility study of bare land to be developed.
Will review commercial loan packages for completeness of documents and compliance with bank policy, regulatory requirements, and secondary market lending parameters.
Responsible for notification of commercial loan applicant(s) of all requests, which do not conform to current lending guidelines.
Will be responsible for maintaining a high level of working knowledge relating to all types of commercial loans.
Will maintain all financial/loan data in confidence.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Five or more years of commercial real estate lending experience
Fluent in the principles of CRE underwriting
In depth understanding of occupancy and rent trends in local markets
Comfortable with technology supporting sales management, marketing, pricing, initial underwriting, pipeline management and loan performance tracking
Familiar with loan products and pricing of local competitors

The Physical Therapy Assistant Provides clinical physical therapy treatments for program participants on acute, restorative and maintenance levels as needed. Follows the treatment plan as per Registered Physical Therapist assessment and documented care plan.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate from a physical therapist assistant curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Colorado.

Perform and record, if required, as specified by the planned treatment program, non-evaluative on-going data: Measurements of vital signs, range of motion, strength and linear increments; Types of assistive mobility devices used, and the distances covered; Results of tests and evaluations performed by the registered physical therapist.
Respond to psych-social support needs of the participant and/or the participant's family.
Communicate appropriately and effectively with all personnel and to document according to professional standards.
Keep timely records, meet regularly with the Registered Physical Therapist and attend care conferences as requested.
Participate in patient care conferences and other rehabilitation related meetings as appropriate.
Communicate with Registered Physical Therapist and IDT members regarding patient progress, problems and plans.
Participate in in-service training programs for all staff in the facility.
Instruct participant and family members and nursing staff in restorative and therapeutic maintenance programs.
Abides by regulations pertaining to PACE as established by Federal and State Agencies and the Volunteers of America Health Facilities policies.
Attends required in-services & completes assigned online modules.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Overview
The HR & Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle payroll while also supporting core human resources functions such as onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations support, and compliance. This role is split approximately 50% payroll and 50% HR, and plays a critical role in maintaining compliance with California wage and hour laws and employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Payroll Responsibilities (50%)
Process full-cycle payroll for hourly and salaried employees in compliance with California wage and hour laws
Review and verify timecards, manage corrections, overtime calculations, meal/rest break premiums, and shift differentials
Process new hires, terminations, pay changes, and special payroll adjustments
Ensure compliance with California final pay requirements
Maintain payroll records, audits, and required reporting
Respond to employee payroll questions and provide strong internal customer service
Coordinate with Finance and Accounting on payroll reconciliations
Human Resources Responsibilities (50%)
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire packets and conducting orientations
Maintain employee personnel files and ensure HRIS data accuracy
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, COBRA notices, and open enrollment support
Support employee relations matters by documenting conversations, scheduling meetings, and assisting with investigations
Assist with recruiting activities such as job postings, applicant screening, and interview coordination
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, with a strong emphasis on California compliance
Support safety programs, leave of absence tracking (FMLA, CFRA, PDL), and workers' compensation claims

Job Description
Immediate opening for Deposit Sales/Relationship Manager with a very successful regional financial institution. Focus is to generate core deposits and establish deposit management relationships. Very competitive comp plan that is aggressively tailored for performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate new core deposit relationships with the Bank's Deposit Management services.
Market Bank's Cash Management products and services and is therefore expected to demonstrate sufficient knowledge to establish new clients and to provide expertise in demonstrations internally and externally.
Build internal and external relationships through exceptional problem solving, ownership and follow-through. Provide a high level of personalized sales and service support to key client and Strategic Relationships within the Bank.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 5 yrs of banking required and proven track record of deposit generation
Strong sales and organizational skills
Excellent formal and informal presentation skills before both small and large groups.
Familiarity with the Greater Bay Area market
