Now hiring at our Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania plant for a Production Technician in Printed Circuit Boards. The responsibilities of this position are primarily to:
Assemble and test moderately complex circuit boards and/or sub-assemblies requiring wiring and soldering. Install wires, leads and a variety of thru-hole components. Solder components and leads.
May be required to pick parts from the warehouse.
Troubleshoot minor assembly problems.
Perform visual inspection, minor repairs and rework.
Perform basic calibration using existing test setups or procedures. Use a variety of precision testing and measuring instruments.
Set up automated assembly machines, making necessary machine adjustments for start-up and operation.
Transfer finished boards and sub-assemblies to appropriate work area.
Complete and maintain relevant paperwork and input information in computer system.
Qualifications
Strong manual dexterity for use of tools and performing work on small components requiring fine finger manipulation and hand steadiness.
Operate at a level that meets or exceeds quality and productivity standards for the work area.
Willingness to work on various product groups and work flexible shifts.
Ability to:
Identify various electronic components.
Read and understand drawings, work instructions and test procedures.
Understand standard units of measure and set-up and interpret results of various measuring devices.
Perform standard software operations including SAP.
Infrequently stand in a stationary position and lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 pounds without assistance.
Use power and hand tools.
Concentrate for prolonged periods of time and regularly perform work that requires magnification.
Work in a team environment.
Wear ANSI Z87 approved safety glasses, steel toe shoes and other PPE as required per Job Safety Analysis.
Education and Experience Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 months manufacturing or other related experience

- Provide support to test engineers as needed for part swaps and test monitoring.
- Clean labs and organize/service equipment.
6. Setup/stock/organize service truck fleet.
- Clean and restock vehicles returning from the field.
- Setup new trucks with tools and equipment.
- Install accessories as needed.

+ Reposition incorrectly deposited cup papers and remove extra cups.
+ Clean Tonnaer screw when the line is down for a shift or longer.
+ Remove defective products from inspection belts and address product jams.
+ Perform metal detection checks every two hours and at the end of production runs.
+ Fill cases with the required number of bags and monitor the integrity of bag seals.
+ Perform wrapped product inspections and reset Main Line after stops.
+ Rotate through stations timely, fill and seal cases, and perform quality tracking.

+ Experience in production, general labor, packaging, food production, and food manufacturing.
+ Ability to work both 2nd and 3rd shifts, with 1st week training on the 1st shift.

We are seeking Creelers to join us in our Bloomsburg Carpet mill in Bloomsburg, PA. We will train!
A creel is a very large frame that holds cones of yarn and distributes the yarn over the width of the carpet loom to enable the weaving process. The Creeler is responsible for maintaining proper yarn placement on the creel throughout the production of the carpet. The Creeler must possess the ability to evaluate yarn requirements relative to the job and in accordance with written specifications, and then plan creel maintenance accordingly.
Creelers assist the weaver in the weaving operation as deemed necessary by the foreman and may be required to tie yarn ends to repair breaks in the creel. This role also includes aiding in pulling yarn through the loom and removing old yarn from the creel before changing to different size or type of yarn. This is an entry-level position with opportunity for advancement.
Overtime is not mandatory and is offered to everyone on a voluntary basis only. The overtime schedule is very flexible, workers can put their desired amount of extra time in on the weekends or during additional weekday shifts.
A degree is not required for this position and on the job training is provided. This is a good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.

Job Summary / Responsibilities

We are seeking Creelers to join us in our Bloomsburg Carpet mill in Bloomsburg, PA. We will train!
A creel is a very large frame that holds cones of yarn and distributes the yarn over the width of the carpet loom to enable the weaving process. The Creeler is responsible for maintaining proper yarn placement on the creel throughout the production of the carpet. The Creeler must possess the ability to evaluate yarn requirements relative to the job and in accordance with written specifications, and then plan creel maintenance accordingly.
Creelers assist the weaver in the weaving operation as deemed necessary by the foreman and may be required to tie yarn ends to repair breaks in the creel. This role also includes aiding in pulling yarn through the loom and removing old yarn from the creel before changing to different size or type of yarn. This is an entry-level position with opportunity for advancement.
Overtime is not mandatory and is offered to everyone on a voluntary basis only. The overtime schedule is very flexible, workers can put their desired amount of extra time in on the weekends or during additional weekday shifts.
A degree is not required for this position and on the job training is provided. This is a good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
