We're seeking a Bentley CAD Manager to lead our digital design delivery and technical support efforts. In this role, you'll champion the use of Bentley software platforms-including MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, OpenBridge Modeler, and ProjectWise-to enhance project efficiency, consistency, and innovation.

Responsibilities
What you will do:
* Develop, implement, and maintain Bentley CAD standards, templates, and workflows.
* Provide technical leadership, training, and support to CAD users and project teams.
* Manage system upgrades, licensing, vendor relationships, and related budgets.
* Collaborate with Digital Design, Autodesk, and BIM leaders to align company-wide CAD strategies.
* Lead process improvements that optimize digital delivery and design performance.
Qualifications
What you bring:
* Associate degree in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of hands-on CAD design experience, including 3D design practices.
* Proven expertise with Bentley design products and familiarity with related CAD tools.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

What You Will Be Doing:

Assist with public inquiry responses (phone and email) and logging.

What We Are Looking for:
Degree Programs: Selected candidates will be enrolled in a communications, marketing, journalism or other closely related field from an accredited college.

Current Status: Desired is Sophomore or above with completed coursework or experience in marketing, event management, and copywriting.

About the Opportunity
MSA is seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our team and contribute to the design of HVAC or plumbing systems for commercial and institutional buildings. This role is onsite in our Des Moines (Ankeny) IA office.
MSA internships are typically at least 12 weeks in duration, ranging from mid-May 2026 to mid-August 2026, with start/exit dates confirmed later in the hiring process. For engineering students seeking consulting experience with building projects, this is the position for you! Additionally, an internship at MSA provides you with a collaborative environment across the firm among the 40 interns each summer.

Public Works internships provide the ultimate variety of experiences and projects, ranging from construction to design and everything in between for municipalities. Job Description
Bolton & Menk is looking for a Professional Engineer with an interest in doing something different. In this unique Senior Project Engineer role, you will be responsible for collaboration of project design on a wide variety of local and regional, large- and small-scale projects with an emphasis on sports and athletics. Working with our Site Design and Landscape Architecture team in Iowa, this role will also be responsible for the overall planning, development, and completion of the project in a profitable manner and responsible for client contact and business development activities in designated areas.
We are looking for a licensed engineer who has experience in site design, meeting with clients, and the ability to manage a project from inception through construction on a wide variety of projects. What You Will Be Doing:
As a Senior Project Engineer, you coordinate planning, development, and completion of projects ensuring client satisfaction. You work closely with Project Managers in understanding client needs and expectations. This role will have a focus on site development. What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
Ten (10) years of progressive design and complex construction experience preferred
Experience in plan and specification development
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to create collaborative design at a detailed site design level
Preferred skills:
AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
Ability to develop grading plans
Storm water management tools (HydroCAD, P8, MIDS)
Erosion and Sediment Control
Storm sewer pipe design ability
Experience with client contact and public presentations

As a Water Resources Project Engineer, you will spend the majority of your time assisting project managers in design and construction phase activities on water resources and ag drainage projects. The primary focus of this position is on ag drainage storm water modeling and design projects. You will assist our team in achieving our belief that all people should live in safe, sustainable, and beautiful communities. We take pride in our ability to provide technical planning and engineering services to make that happen.
We are looking for candidates who possess a high capacity for self-motivation and can apply engineering and water resources knowledge to a variety of projects. In addition, you must be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff from various agencies.
What You Will Be Doing:
Performs detailed design computations
Performs preliminary layout, modeling and design
Researches and prepares rough drafts of preliminary reports and feasibility studies
Assists with project design and preparation of plans and specifications and prepare cost and quantity take-off estimates
Assists with plan reviews, storm water pollution prevention plans, design of storm water facilities, storm water detention and retention design, water quality design, and storm water management planning
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Water Resources, Biosystems, or Agricultural Engineering from an accredited college or university
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
4+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including hydraulic and hydrologic modeling
Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Microstation, GeoPAK Drainage, HydroCAD, P8 and GIS
