We're seeking a Project Engineer - Mechanical or Plumbing Design to join our team in either Milwaukee, Mequon, Madison or Appleton. In this role, you'll lead and support the design and implementation of mechanical and plumbing systems for a wastewater projects. You'll apply your engineering expertise, mentor junior staff, and contribute to project excellence and client satisfaction. Qualifications What you bring: * Bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited program in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. * 4+ years of post-graduate engineering experience, preferably in mechanical or plumbing design. * Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin required; multi-state licensure may be beneficial. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CADD, BIM, and relevant modeling or analysis software. * Strong technical writing, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Demonstrated ability to lead project components and coordinate multidisciplinary efforts. * Effective mentoring, time management, and organizational skills. * The selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future. The salary for this position ranges from $79,081 to $126,529 per year commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.
