    MSA has an opportunity for a Project Manager in any of our 17 office locations. This position primary manages Water/Wastewater projects working with municipal clients in the public sector. This role involves frequent client interaction, mentorship of technical staff, and oversight on technical aspects of projects. MSA supports Water/Wastewater clients through planning, design, construction, and operations. This position is Flex Time eligible and hybrid working arrangements are available. Responsibilities The work you will do * Project management including project planning, scoping, budgeting and QA/QC * Client relationship management and business development * Assist with mentoring emerging engineering staff * Oversight of plans, details, specifications, and bidding documents * Assistant with project funding packages with assistance from funding staff * Provide project updates at public forums Qualifications What you bring Skills & Knowledge / Education & Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering required * Experience with client interaction including council/board meetings required * Project management experience required * 5+ years of prior experience with Water/Wastewater projects required * Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred * The selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
