This position is on our Public Works Service line and works closely with a wide variety of Wisconsin municipal clients as a project manager for civil engineering projects. Projects may range from roads, utilites, water/sewer, site development, wastewater, and more.

Responsibilities
Your mission:
Client relations including attendance at client meetings and interaction with existing and new clients
Project management including project planning, scoping, budgeting and QA/QC
Design of public works infrastructure projects
Assist with mentoring junior engineering staff
Preparation of plans, details, specifications, and bidding documents
Preparation of technical reports and regulatory permits for projects
Administration of construction on public works infrastructure projects
Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related) required
5+ years of prior experience within the Public Works market serving multiple clients required
PE license strongly preferred
Experience in managing multiple projects and client needs required
Extensive knowledge of regulations and requirements within Wisconsin preferred
Experience with funding and grants available to municipalities preferred

The salary for this position ranges from $88,800 to $142,194 per year commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.
