**BRIEF POSITION SUMMARY** :
The On-Site Service Specialist level 1 is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and inventory management at large, dedicated customer locations. This role supports procurement, order placement, and the management of MSC ControlPoint Solutions including Vending, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), and Crib systems. The representative plays a key role in driving MSC's value proposition through on-site engagement, solution optimization, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage MSC ControlPoint Solutions, including VMI, vending, and storeroom programs.
- Perform ordering, product put-away, and inventory optimization.
- Promote MSC customer loyalty through solution support and execution of the CARE program (Clean, Arrange, Relationships, Exceed Expectations).
- Maintain 6S standards across all solution equipment and areas.
- Log daily activities in Salesforce (SFDC).
- Ensure appropriate stock levels (min/max) are maintained.
- Receive, unpack, and restock products at all points of use.
- Engage with customer contacts to ensure solution retention and satisfaction.
- Drive product expansion through spot buys and incremental growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with account teams to enhance customer satisfaction and identify future projects.
- Lead repair and maintenance of vending solution equipment to company standards.
- Use routing software to follow planned schedules and document activities.
- Mentor and guide less experienced associates to resolve issues and promote MSC culture.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all inventory management solutions.
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings in line with company standards.
- Accurately track time using MSC-approved time management tools.

**QUALIFICATIONS What You Need** :
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. - Minimum two years of experience in telephone sales, outside sales, storeroom/inventory management, or customer service. - Knowledge of technical customer solutions. - Proven track record of success and strong performance. - Excellent customer service and sales skills. - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Understanding of MSC solutions, products, and services. HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
You will have a hands-on role in our warehouse to ensure delivery of our vast product line to our valued customers.
* Pick and count items from bins, flat stock and racks to fill orders.
* Load, unload and move product by hand, tote or by skid.
* Verify products using item numbers, descriptions, and quantity; inspect products for damage or improper packaging; and use RF equipment to validate items.
* Batch orders and assign packing slips to pick product to totes via RF scanning.

Fast track your career trajectory in the Real Whirled Sales Development Program by interacting in a variety of professional settings as you gain exposure to the Whirlpool business. **Program Location**

**Your day-to-day**

This role in summary
Accounts Receivable Specialist will foster relationships with trade customers supporting Whirlpool's vision to be the best kitchen and laundry company, in constant pursuit of improving life at home. This position is responsible for managing the order to cash process consisting of credit, collection, debit management and customer relations for a portfolio of accounts.
Accounts Receivable Specialist will collect trade customer accounts receivable payments and take action as necessary with past due balances. This includes identifying and reconciling disputed amounts, problem resolution, initiating debit and credit memos for discrepancy resolution, providing project leadership to improve departmental cash flow. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to interface with trade customers, sales, logistics, and order entry and deployment functions to develop plans and processes to ensure relationships optimize sales and cash flow.

The engineer will provide product approval documentation ensuring validation and verification of performance, codes, safety, and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include
* Execute of V&V strategy & verification roadmap.
* Leverage the lab and supplier labs for component verification testing.
