OB TITLE: QA/QC- Electrical SUMMARY: Quality Control inspection and associated documentation of Electrical systems within a cleanroom environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate compliance of federal, state, and local codes and regulations. Responsible for inspecting all electrical system installations including but not limited to: high voltage, medium voltage, low voltage, LSS, I&C, power distribution, etc. Reports of all inspections must be uploaded to the project EIDA electronic documentation system. Responsible for verifying that all inspectors under the subcontractors for this project are qualified to perform the inspections they are tasked with in accordance with the project specifications. Participation in turnover package documentation. Represent MSR-FSR in project meetings and attend strategy meetings. Formulate reports concerning areas such as work progress, costs, scheduling, inspections, and system tests. Job Description The Dock Coordinator is the focal point for all field activities on the assigned docks and elevators including tools and materials entering and leaving assigned buildings. This involves planning and coordination of tool move activities. Also included is daily interaction with project scheduling staff, tool procurement staff, shipping company dispatchers, FA PM's and CC's, tool owners, OM's and Demo and Tool Install PM's and CC's. Responsibilities: Safety · Be a role model for an Injury & Incident Free Culture to tool move teams. · Owns driving Tool Move-In Teams to an Injury & Incident Free Work Environment. · Coach, mentor and enforce all personnel on dock on Intel EHS requirements, including shipping companies. · Review safe behavior and correct unsafe practices with personnel on docks. Address with trades and shipping companies when necessary. · Review Pre-Task Plans · Maintain housekeeping. Will be responsible for eliminating unsafe environments (especially in and around the dock areas). Communication · Dock Coordination Meetings · Attend weekly dock meeting. · Review dock usage on a daily basis and coordinate work to be completed. · Work with dock scheduler to review and resolve dock and move conflicts and issues. · Drive dock moves to be completed to meet committed milestone dates and times. · Daily Dock Plan · Maintain detailed log of dock usage (e.g. manifest documentation, etc.). · Maintain details of outstanding issues (e.g., crate or equipment damage, dock facilities repair needs, etc.). Tool Move Coordination · Work with Functional Area Teams (“FAT”), Tool Owners, Suppliers, CC's, and trades to ensure proper movement of tools and materials at all docks. · Ensure on time trade mobilization for all dock activities. · Know when trades are scheduled to begin work, when each milestone is and what current status is for all trades. · Coordination between tool installation and base build dock usage. · Review all upcoming dock usage, coordinate work to be completed, review and resolve dock and Move-In conflicts and issues with the Dock Scheduler. Field Supervision · Spend adequate time in the field to observe dock activities and moves (expectation of at least 75%-80% of working time on dock). · Proactively find and resolve issues. · Issue Resolution · Take ownership of problems immediately. · Work with members of the dock coordination team to ensure correct parties are involved and drive to resolution. · Coordinate base build/tool install dock issues. Requirements Journeyman license is preferred, but relevant certifications/qualifications may be accepted at customers discretion. Experience with semiconductor or related construction industries is preferred. Proven track record of successful projects completed. Similar project experience in Semiconductor, Advanced Technology, or Industrial projects. Excellent communication and organization skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related construction management software. The Entry Level Install Technician will be responsible for installation functions on semiconductor equipment in a cleanroom environment. THIS JOB WILL REQUIRE COMPANY PAID FOR TRAVEL WITHIN THE US. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist experienced technicians with tool install activities This position does require that a person is working around chemicals, proper training and handling will be provided. Complete preventive maintenance set ups, leak checks and quality checks on semiconductor equipment and equipment components Assist with parts receiving, staging and inspection Performs equipment maintenance as assigned on peripheral components such as leak check detector, and other equipment Engage as a PM team member to complete maintenance activities with other team members and subcontractors. These systems include UHP (Ultra High Purity) gas lines as well as UPW (Ultra-Pure Water) systems. Hands on troubleshooting is the majority of work performed. Job Description Overview - Field Safety Representative The Field Safety Representative is a member of the Facilities Services (FS) Infra team and is responsible for partnering with vendors and contractors. The Field Safety Representative (FSR) will provide oversight and coaching related to safety on behalf of the project owner. The FSR serves as a front-line resource to accomplishing work safely, strengthening safety culture and improving hazard awareness as part of a diverse team. The Facilities Services Field Safety Representative is responsible for ensuring that industry, site and agency safety requirements are followed at all times. FSR will support FS Safety PM by providing daily reports of observations and findings. FSR will assist and support contractors in the field by providing answers and solutions that agree with site best known practices. FSR is actively engaged in all areas of FS project work and will have a minimum of 75% field presence daily. The Construction Coordinator is responsible for handling administrative and organizational tasks, specializing in on-site, construction-focused tasks within a project. CCs should be skilled within the specific areas they are assigned to monitor to ensure clarity and proficiency. Their responsibilities include: Maintain open lines of communication between all stakeholders, including Construction Coordinators, Tool Engineers, Project Managers, Contractors and Vendors. Manage and track assigned construction work schedules and knowing the current status of all Contractors beyond just the percentage complete. The Dock Coordinator is the focal point for all field activities on the assigned docks and elevators including tools and materials entering and leaving assigned buildings. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate compliance of OSHA, EPA, and other federal, state, and local regulatory Responsible for inspecting all fabricated and installed piping, mechanical equipment, skids, modular systems, and components per project specifications. Review and approval of Quality Plans, ITPs, PQR, WPS, WPQ, inspection procedures, records for installed pipe which would include weld map log, PMI, slope checks, and traceability logs, and other associated records of installed pipe. Inspections of mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies for alignment and proper functioning, prepare reports and notify appropriate people of equipment problems and deficiencies, ensure compliance with codes and standard. Responsible for ensuring that all the valves, tubing, fittings, instruments, and any components will be submitted and approved in accordance with the project drawings and specifications. Retain records for NDE personnel qualifications / certifications to be submitted for approval and shall be available for review as necessary. Responsible for verifying that all inspectors under the subcontractors for this project are qualified to perform the inspections they are tasked with in accordance with the project specifications. Responsible for the initiation of any Surveillance Reports and Non-Conformance Reports and updating the Surveillance Reports and NCR log as a result of any adverse findings during any inspections or witnessed inspections. Participation in turnover package documentation. Perform periodic quality checks for all welding performed to ensure that the welding procedures submitted to the contractor are being followed. Verify that all welders are certified to perform the work they are assigned in accordance with the project specifications and the welder qualification list. Monitor the Subcontractors Welder Performance Qualification Record (WPQR) for welders reject rate and notify the Contractor of any trends or risks to the project. Requirements: Complete understanding of semiconductor process systems including ultra-high purity and cleaned for oxygen service stainless steel systems, and the ability to competently inspect pipe/tube welds and systems Knowledge of systems must include all field and workshop fabrication/construction protocols and means and methods as outlined by industry standard specifications including systems testing and acceptance Experience and knowledge of processed piping systems Must be able to read P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) CWI or NDT VT LVL 2 required Familiarity with B31.3 and ASME Section 9 Computer skills required: MS Office, Bluebeam, PowerPoint COMPETENCIES: Adaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment; Manages competing demands; Changes approach or method to best fit the situation; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
