There are many good people who work at mt bachelor
In my experience the cons of working at mt bachelor are that the upper management and corporate only care about making as much profit as possible and want to have the lowest labor cost possible even at the expense of their employees. They actively try to prevent people from making a career at bachelor through lack of raises, promotions, and general acknowledgment for their contribution to the company
In my opinion the best perk of mt bachelor is the view and the season pass
There is not anything that I like about John merriman, he doesn’t spend enough time with his employees to understand what he needs to do in order to make mt bachelor a desirable place to work, even if
Mt. Bachelor could improve the company culture by giving employees besides upper management opportunity to make a livable wage.

I work in a restaurant at Mt. Bachelor and in my experience my compensation is below the industry average for both other restaurants and other ski resorts.
