As a night shift data entry specialist, you'll monitor, enter and change data, generate routine and requested reports using an electronic timekeeping system. Duties and Responsibilities Project Planning : Developing a detailed plan that includes timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments Scheduling : Determining the project schedule by studying the project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements Quality control : Ensuring that all engineering-related tasks align with project goals, standards, and requirements Compliance : Researching compliance regulations and upholding project standards Problem-solving : Identifying, prioritizing, and selecting alternatives for a solution Cost control : Approving expenditures, administering contractor contracts, and managing the project's budget Status reports : Preparing project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends Maintains areas of operation in a safe and sanitary manner.
