Position Title: CustomerCareRepresentative
Location: Remote Nevada
Hourly Rate: $14.00
What Will Your Job Look Like?
The CustomerCareRepresentative is the frontline representative and image of MTM Health. The CustomerCareRepresentative will handle a variety of tasks which will increase in complexity as the CustomerCareRepresentative's skills progress, but will consist primarily of handling inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities. Expect to handle 60 - 80 calls a day and higher volumes on Mondays.
All you need for the CustomerCareRepresentative role is:
Must currently reside in Nevada
1 year of Call Center experience
6 months Customer Service experience
Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
High speed Internet access such as Cable, DSL or Fiber (a minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and a minimum download speed of 30 mbps). Use of wireless and WiFi “air cards” is prohibited
