Lack of communication.
They only care how much money the company makes and does not pay their employees fairly. The CEO OPENLY talks about this every quarter. Their goal to being a billion dollar company. They don't care about their employees. They just care about the money

Below average pay
The paycheck, which isn't even much. Literally living paycheck to paycheck
making a difference and helping people. Health benefits (medical, dental, vision & FSA or HSA depending on health plan employee chooses) are decent. Life insurance and additional insurance policies like short and long term disability insurance, group accident, hospital indemnity, critical illness & accidental death and dismemberment insurances are very good. Usually promote from within. Really good 401K program with company match.
Everything you do from the minute you clock in until the minute you clock out is monitored, graded, scored, etc. Training can be a bit confusing at times due to the many different processes needed to do your job. Quite a lot of information and protocols to remember due to the many different health plans that a rep would be taking calls for. The contact center always seems to be understaffed even though there are training classes taking place constantly with a few dozen trainees in each hire group. Mandatory overtime shifts assigned fairly regularly.
Plenty of optional overtime shifts to pick up at all times of the day/night.
The CEO is a woman which is not seen as often as I would like. The leadership team provides encouragement and direction when needed.
Less micromanaging of the employees time/work and higher base pay for contact center reps.
