During his over 10 years in Consulting, Selorm was an advisor to C-Level executives of several Fortune 500 companies such as Vodafone, Hutchison 3G, FTSE 100, Procter & Gamble, United Airlines, Pfizer etc., giving him a unique blend and depth of experience across various industries.

Selorm is an avid tennis player, a lifetime Liverpool FC supporter and a family man with 2 young boys. He was awarded an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from the prestigious Wharton School, Univ. of Pennsylvania, USA, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from KNUST, Ghana.

Noel Kojo Ganson is a Chief Marketing Officer at MTN Ghana and GM Consumer Marketing at MTN Ghana and is based in Accra, Greater Accra Region, Ghana. He has worked as Brand Development Manager Africa at SABMiller Africa & Asia, Brand Manager at Accra Brewery Limited, and Marketing Manager at Accra Brewery Limited. Noel works or has worked as Brand Development Manager at SABMiller plc and Chief Marketing Officer at MTN. He attended CIM UK & GIMPA between 1997 and 2000 and Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration between 2007 and 2009.

More than 20 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry at various levels, with a variety of technologies and in challenging environments has helped Thomas to see the power that technology has to effect change. Thomas has been working in African mobile GSM markets like Nigeria, Ghana, Zambia, and Cameroon, including Middle East (Iran) and Europe (Denmark, LMDS technology) for the past 20 years. Thomas also worked in South Africa covering TV and Radio Broadcasting, Fixed network (Telkom SA) and Vendor (Ericsson SA).
