Randy Martinez is Vice President, Business Development for AAR CORP., a leading provider of aviation services for the aerospace and defense sectors. AAR Corp. (NYSE) was incorporated in 1955 and today has revenues over $1.6 billion with 5,000 employees in 20 countries. Mr. Martinez is responsible for growing AAR’s government and defense revenues and was previously President of AAR Airlift after joining AAR in 2008. Mr. Martinez formerly served as CEO and board member of World Air Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ), a $1 billion global organization with over 2,200 employees. Its’ wholly-owned subsidiaries included World Airways, North American Airlines and World Risk Solutions. The business was sold in 2007. Mr. Martinez had a distinguished 21-year career with the U.S. Air Force (Colonel retired and Command Pilot), most recently serving as Principal Advisor to the Chief of Staff of NATO’s Strategic Planning Staff. He also served as Senior Aide-de-Camp to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Commander - 457th Airlift Squadron at Andrews Air Force Base and Chief - Wing Standardization & Evaluation Division at Rhein Main Air Base. He is a combat-experienced pilot and highly decorated officer. Mr. Martinez earned a bachelor of science degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy and master of science degrees from the University of Arkansas and the National Defense University. He serves on the boards of MTS Systems Corp. (NASDAQ), the National Defense Transportation Association and the Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast. Mr. Martinez was inducted into the Conquistadores del Cielo and Society of International Business Fellows in 2006. He is currently the Chairman of the Military Aviation Advisory Committee of the National Defense Transportation Association and a Trustee of the Falcon Foundation for the U.S. Air Force Academy.

Amanda Daniel is a Chief Human Resources Officer at Skywater Technology Foundry, Inc.; VP, Human Resources at Twin City Fan & Blower; and SVP & Chief Human Resources Officer at MTS SYSTEMS CORP and is based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. She has worked as VP Human Resources at Equus Industries Ltd, Human Resource Manager at Restaurant Technologies Inc, and Vice President of Human Resources and Post Merger Integration at STRATASYS LTD.. Amanda attended University of St. Thomas between 2009 and 2013, St Cloud State University between 1996 and 2000, and Human Resource Certification Institute - HRCI between 2002 and 2015.

I am an international finance and accounting executive who creates systems and processes that drive increased profitability. My global experience includes managing reporting, controls, compliance, strategic planning & analysis, tax and treasury functions for multinational manufacturing companies in Asia. I’ve launched the Asia headquarters in China, developed green field operations in India and performed due diligence & integration on potential acquisitions.

Leveraging my strong analytical skills, I identify key financial data, synthesize it, and provide recommendations to senior management to achieve strategic and tactical targets. I am directly involved in all finance activities including start-ups, integrations and reorganizations. I have also been responsible for human resources and administrative functions in China, Japan, India, Singapore, Indonesia and Australia.

I am a collaborative senior finance executive who creates an environment where the finance organizations are engaged in the business beyond traditional job responsibilities.
