Low for this region
It's fair with regards to LGBTQ employees. It is almost exclusively White in the stores I've worked in. Sexual harassment is swept under the rug.
My customers and their pets.
As a POC, its very important to see representation. There is VERY little here. We are "share-holders" but haven't seen what share prices are in over a year. Management is not big on real development, but very big on promting based on who you know.
