Field Reps get to create their own schedule and work in the field within their own territory.

Cons of working at Mueller Reports

The company never seems to give cost of living raises. Travel can be very hard on vehicles. While not overly physical, the work is performed primarily outdoors in all temperature conditions. Management is very poor at communicating with field personnel.

Nothing. I've never met or been addressed by the CEO and the management team is bad at communicating with field personnel.
