**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a cloud architect to join our team and help us design, implement, and maintain cloud solutions for our clients in the financial services industry. The typical base pay range for this role is between $125K - $157K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. **Main Purpose of the role:**
MUFG is seeking an experienced finance attorney to join the Americas Legal Department as a Vice President & Counsel. The primary responsibility of this position is to support various teams and products within our Global Corporate Investment Bank. A successful candidate will be familiar with all manners of transaction documentation and legal issues with respect to syndicated credit facilities (both as an administrative agent and lender), secured and unsecured bilateral credit facilities, letters of credit and other various credit products, such as direct lending facilities, cross-border lending, project finance and middle market lending. As a key member of the West South Central region sales team, this position will be responsible for selling institutional investment management services by calling directly on Southwest client segments, including Public Corporate Plans, Endowments & Foundations and other institutional investor segments. Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $130,000-$150,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. **Job Summary:**
We're searching for a Credit Examiner to provide a comprehensive assessment of enterprise-wide risk management practices. You will evaluate, monitor, and report on the quality of risk assets and effectiveness of the Bank's processes to control credit, trading, and associated concentration risks of a complex nature. **Major Responsibilities:**
+ Monitor risk asset portfolios to identify deterioration or negative management control trends and review compliance with policies, guidelines, and regulations.

**Qualifications:**
+ 15+ years work experience, plus significant lending/examination experience
+ Expertise in commercial real estate and commercial lending examination.
+ Broad knowledge of Oil & Gas, Project Finance, Power & Utilities, Asset Based Lending, Leasing and Structured Finance throughout the U.S., Canada, Latin America and Asia.
+ Knowledge of industry credit processes, lending policies, and current financial environments.

Build and nurture strong partnerships with Private Wealth leadership, HCM, Technology, Legal, and Operations to implement billing and compensation plans and resolve issues
Effectively articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences, fostering understanding and alignment
Promote a collaborative, innovative, and continuous improvement mindset within the team and across the organization
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
8-12 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, client billing, sales compensation, or financial analysis, preferably within private wealth or asset management
Demonstrated experience leading change management and process innovation initiatives
Proven ability to lead and inspire multiple teams toward a shared strategic vision
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while juggling multiple priorities
Desired Skills:
Experience in private wealth, asset management, or investment advisory industry
Hands-on experience with commission-based compensation and financial systems/software
Experience with AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics tools for automation and process improvement
Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Strategic, creative, and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to learn and communicate complex processes quickly and effectively
Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $150,000-$180,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement, life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
