Strong understanding and experience with ACH standard guidelines and NACHA rules are essential and required. Requires a strong ability to effectively manage standard operating procedures. Excellent customer service skills with detailed knowledge of bank systems, policies and procedures. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills while demonstrating the ability to organize and prioritize work assignments. High degree of initiative, delegation, documentation, and follow up skills. Flexibility and willingness to adjust standard work hours when necessary, according to business need. The typical base pay range for this role is between $61K - $74K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
