Position Summary We are seeking a top performing business leader who is interested in leveraging their banking business expertise and experience to help improve the bank's use of data. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding in a key business area (e.g., lending / deposit / market accounts and transaction, financial risk, non-financial risk, finance and accounting). This is a unique opportunity for a business leader to leverage their experience with the support of a data team and self-service data tools to uniquely improve how the organization uses and manages data. We are looking for a high-performing business leader with deep banking expertise to drive improvements in how the bank leverages data. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of core business areas such as lending, deposits, market accounts and transactions, financial and non-financial risk, and finance and accounting. This is a unique opportunity to combine business acumen with data-driven innovation. With the support of a dedicated data team and self-service tools, the selected leader will play a pivotal role in transforming how the organization uses and manages data to deliver better insights and outcomes. Key Responsibilities Steer the team on what data activities drive business value and improve the quality of data for their domain Build strong stakeholder relationships with the business and technology stakeholders who support the domain Oversee the cataloging of data in the Business Data Catalog, allowing users to easily locate and understand the data available Oversee the maintenance of high-quality data quality rules for the domain, that meaningfully monitor the quality of the data in an automated manner Drive timely resolution of data related issues for the domain Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on data quality matters. Qualifications Prior experience in the banking industry is highly preferred Significant business experience in one of the following areas: Lending / Deposit / Market accounts and transactions Financial risk (credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, and interest rate risk) Non-financial risk (Information risk, model risk, operational risk, and compliance risk) Finance and accounting Minimum of 10 years of experience, with 15+ years of experience highly preferred Prior direct people management experience Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The typical base pay range for this role is between $173K - $216K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. Job Description Reporting to the ACH Operations Manager (VP), the Payments Analyst is responsible for supporting origination and receiving processing along exception research for the ACH line of business.
