Responsibilities:
Inbound Appointment Management - responsible for keeping track of all the inbound appointments in the 10k and 5k lanes. Communicate with carriers on the status of truck ETA's. As issues arise, coordinate between the carrier and the Pensacola Team to determine if the freight will be accepted or if it will need to be rescheduled. If a carrier has appointment holds in place already, coordinate the cancellation of the hold and schedule appointments for other carriers. This also will include generating load reports for distribution to warehouse management.
