Responsibilities:
Report directly to foreman
Perform day to day operations on job sites as instructed
Take direction from crew foreman
Enter Confined Spaces as needed
Use hand tools (rakes, shovels, broom) as needed
Requirements:
No issues entering confined spaces
Valid driver's license
Eligible for employment in the United States with a clean background
Bobcat and Mini Excavator operating experience is a plus
Reliable transportation
Physical Requirements:
Employee must be physically fit to perform manual labor in all types of environments and conditions, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
Regularly required to sit and stand, must be able to use hands to fingers, handle or feel and verbally communicate and listen.
Other physical requirements include walking, climbing or balancing and stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling. Specific vision abilities required by the position include distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Job Title: Laborer Reports To: Field Supervisor
Pay Range: $18.00 -$21.00 DOE
This position is full time and 100% travel within the central United States.
The Laborer performs a variety of physical tasks to support skilled workers and overall project operations on construction sites. This role involves assisting with material handling, site preparation, cleanup, and other activities essential to maintaining efficient and safe jobsite operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist skilled trades personnel as directed; duties may include demolition, material handling, or general construction support.
Unload, transport, and distribute materials to designated locations as directed by the supervisor, project plans, or specifications.
Prepare work areas by accurately measuring, marking, or recording openings and distances.
Clean and prepare assigned jobsite areas, including digging trenches, removing debris, and ensuring the site is safe and organized.
Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Direct and control traffic around work zones to ensure safety.
Signal equipment operators to guide alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials.
Maintain jobsite cleanliness at the end of each day by properly disposing of trash and safely storing tools, materials, and equipment.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Coordinate the receiving and distribution of materials and equipment on the jobsite.

Requirements include:
Lifting and carrying up to 120 pounds (drywall material and scrap).
Lifting and carrying 50-60 pounds on a regular basis (lighter drywall material & scrap). Approximately 3-5 hours per day.
Pushing and Pulling 50 pound carts & wheelbarrows frequently. Approximately 1 hour per day.
Lifting and pushing 5 pound broom or floor scraper occasionally. Approximately 1 hour per day.
Reaching and pushing 40-60 pound scrap into truck above shoulder and at shoulder height occasionally. Approximately one hour at a time.
Mental alertness and muscular coordination required.
Walking and carrying materials. Approximately 6 hours per day.
Sitting in truck and driving for approximately 2-3 hours per day.
Driving Requirements: Must conform to D.O.T. standards in §391.41, Subpart E, of physical and mental capabilities, including vision of at least 20/40 in each eye without corrective lenses, and hearing capacity under number 11 of the subpart. These are essential job requirements of all drivers of company vehicles.
Climbing stairs while carrying materials weighing 40-60 pounds when the job cannot be stocked any other way. Climbing in and out of truck back and cab.
Pay range for the position: $14.00 - $18.00/hour

ABOUT THE JOB
The General Laborer is responsible for performing hands-on tasks at the location to keep it organized and operating smoothly.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
Moves products within the facility.
Loads trucks.
Assists the Blender Operator in loading bulk trucks.
Hangs super sacks for loading.
Stacks products on pallets.
Provides general assistance in repair maintenance.

May be required to operate a company vehicle.

The work environment for this position is a warehouse/outdoor environment where the noise level is usually moderate to loud and occasionally very loud. What You'll Be Brewing:
Operate, understand, and rotate through all pieces of production equipment
Responsible for the sanitation of all equipment on the assigned line
Perform line checks, assist with accident investigations, hazard analysis, audits, and attend meetings as required
Read and interpret the schedule, job procedures, and work instructions
Responsible for autonomous maintenance of valves, motors, pumps, filter and gear boxes including lubricating all machinery, making necessary operational adjustments, and ensuring equipment is running efficiently producing a quality product
