Cons of working at MCC Label

Don't waste your time attending interview at SSC. Toxic environment. Unfair remuneration based on favouritism and your skills in sucking up. 8 years old SSC but never gave bonus and medical card started giving in Apr 2024 only. Increment is very low. Enjoy to show off power by belittling and gaslighting you when you stand up for yourself. Prefer yes people. You say the truth and you'll be humiliated/gaslighted. Autocratic and telling lies bosses are always right here!

Pros of working at MCC Label

The CEO joined less than 6 months ago and changes plan was shared but I've yet to see the improvement. The only improvement is giving us a medical card after 8 years of wait!

None. Offer cheapest medical card and I'm grateful for it. I just can't stand the management.

What do you like best about MCC Label's CEO and the leadership team?

He's trying to make changes but it's own by a VC. VC just wait to make a quick profit. Don't care about employees.

Change the judgemental senior management who doesn't treat us with dignity.

Below average. 8 years in business but SSC has never given a bonus. You want high increment be prepared to suck up and say nice things. They will not listen to the truth.
