Job Description
We are looking for both a Journeyman Electrician or someone to train as an Electrician Apprentice to work in electrical construction on commercial and industrial properties. Most tools will be provided along with all safety PPE. Ongoing training with the opportunity for advancement. A Robust benefits package that includes Health Insurance, Vision Insurance, Dental Insurance, 401K (matching), and Paid Time Off. Compensation is $34,000-$65,000 per year based on experience with overtime after 8 hours, time and a half on Saturdays and double time Sundays. Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, based on job specifications
Measuring, cutting, bending, threading, assembling, and installing various types of conduit

Record field wiring changes and modifications on blueprints for recording on master circuit diagrams
Follow and encourage others to follow OSHA, company, and site-specific safety procedures
Operate heavy equipment and machinery in the performance of these essential duties
Work with and around hazardous materials, as well as at heights and in confined spaces in the performance of these essential duties
Drive a vehicle to various job sites throughout working hours
Maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company policy
Work in a constant state of alertness

Responsibilities
The Electrician position, with a starting hourly rate of $39.83, is critical in supporting our plant needs by performing a combination of duties in a professional, safe and efficient manner. In this position, you will be responsible for the ongoing electrical maintenance and upkeep of all plant equipment and processes. Experience of successfully developing, leading and executing reliability centered maintenance processes * A proven track record of driving results by engaging others * Controls and Automation experience preferred * Previous experience/proficiency with navigation maintenance management system (i.e Maximo , SAP, etc.) * Exposure to cross-functional team leadership or participation within the organization * Experience in discrete manufacturing a plus * A history of hiring, growing and promoting talent within an organization * Demonstrated ability of coaching and guiding for results * TPM or lean manufacturing experience preferred * PSM experience preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES *
