Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Lab is responsible for daily administrative functions of Laboratories Northwest ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to all and patient and department confidentiality is maintained. The incumbent provides telephone-based customer service; documents communications with clients; handles specimen transportation; performs accessioning of specimens into the data management system; provides prices, places lab orders, corrects various report and billing errors; maintains courier vehicles and dispatches couriers to clients.

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $22.97 - $33.05 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. Job Summary:
Provide clinical leadership and direction for programs within the CBYS division, whose mission is to strengthen, expand and integrate a comprehensive system of community- based, culturally competent behavioral health and complementary services for children with serious emotional and behavioral health needs along with their families. The Clinical Supervisor is accountable to the CBYCS Program Director and Regional Director. The Licensed Clinical Supervisor will oversee all aspects of the clinical program that they are assigned to. They will ensure that cases are assigned and closed in a timely manner, review medical charts for quality, ensure workers are providing appropriate and quality care and will support all clinical aspects of the direct care staff and cases that they are assigned to.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide clinical and administrative supervision of the home and community-based programs, assuring implementation and documentation of all service components, including periodic status reports.
Provide regularly scheduled individual (weekly) and team supervision as needed.
Keep log of supervision sessions/review clinical work/consultation and provide feedback
Provide case consultation as needed.
Assign new cases to team members as needed.
Monitor the development/implementation of strength-based, individualized CANS assessments, Comprehensive Assessments, Individualized Action Plans, Safety Plans and other clinically significant documentation.
Review and sign clinical paperwork (Child/Adolescent Comprehensive Assessment, Individualized Action Plan, Risk Assessment, Individualized Action Plan Updates/Revision and Discharge Summary/Transition Plan).
Ensure adequate staff coverage to serve the needs of the program. This will mainly pertain to on call requirements.
Maintain established professional standards for the documentation of clinical work.
Implement and monitor systems to assure proper documentation for billing MCEs and other pay sources.
Assure program compliance with Mass Health and other MCE guidelines including staffing patterns, service capacity, utilization and accessibility.
Comply with all statutes and regulations relative to the maintenance of clinical standards in the Commonwealth, e.g., mandated reporting and duty to warn.
Complete field observations during home and telehealth sessions and/or meetings with collaterals, etc. when clinically or administratively needed.
Will provide a level of clinically expertise and guidance too all supervisees and ensure that ideal practice standards are observed.
Obtain and maintain current certifications and licensures commensurate with program policies and procedures. Ensure that all certificates are current and provide required documentation to the Agency.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess a master degree and have carry an independent license in an appropriate human services field.

Experience navigating any of the child/family-serving systems and advocating for family members who are involved in the behavioral health system.

Position Summary
The Imaging Services Representative is an incredible opportunity at MultiCare, responsible for the receiving of patients into imaging, coordination, and/or facilitation of patients through their imaging experience. You will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities and attention to detail and work with your team to ensure the most comprehensive and compassionate imaging care for patients.
Responsibilities
Greets and assists patients, families, and healthcare providers in person and over the phone handling sensitive information with discretion and adherence with confidentiality standards.
Confirms and or updates imaging appointments and provides information regarding imaging procedures to ensure optimal utilization of imaging resources. May schedule or register patients, location specific
Obtains prior imaging and reports
Liaises with radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth imaging services
May assist technologists in moving patients from carts and wheelchairs to x-ray tables, transports patient's intra-facility
May assist technologists during procedures, assisting in the positioning of a patient, cleaning room, stocking of supplies
Assists technologists in researching questions/concerns from physicians' offices, reviewing relevant information and documents
Provides administrative support such as data entry and managing correspondence
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or related certification preferred
Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role using computer systems and software, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly within radiology or imaging services preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $22.13 - $33.68 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
