Primary Responsibilities:
This full-time Multimedia Designer will collaborate across departments to produce amazing work for Goldfish Swim School Franchise LLC and Goldfish Swim Schools across the country.
Our candidate will be joining a growing, diverse and talented team of Designers, writers, social media experts and public relations experts. Our in-house team is an agile, inclusive, hard-working group, dedicated to bringing our brand to life across many media solutions. We strive to work with our in-house clients to deliver proper and consistent messaging and content across our brand, while continuing to grow, learn, and stay on top of new industry technologies and trends.
Will manage the creation of the HR/Personnel structure at the Franchise Office with the guidance of management.
Support the creation of engaging communications that tell a story and support the look and voice of the Goldfish Swim School brand from concept through execution. Shoot and edit multimedia projects and maintain a consistent level of quality Maintain communication with internal teams, production and status of projects with responsibilities to ensure deadlines are being met Demonstrate constant innovation and creativity Continually evolve and elevate the aesthetic while supporting the overall brand direction, especially in the digital landscape.
