What We're Looking For
Experience: Ideally 4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency, events, or experiential marketing setting.
Portfolio: A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your expertise in layout, typography, brand application, digital design, and print design. Experience with event collateral or proposal decks is highly desirable.
Software Proficiency:
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
High proficiency in presentation software (e.g., Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides)
Familiarity with digital design tools (e.g., Figma) or motion graphics (After Effects) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities Brand & Visual Identity

Campaign & Marketing Design

Partner with Content and Product Marketing to turn complex People Analytics concepts into clear, compelling visual stories.
Support field and event marketing with on-brand booth experiences, signage, handouts, and executive-ready decks.
Develop reusable visual patterns for recurring programs while leaving room for creative experimentation.
Web & Interactive Design
Collaborate closely with the Director of Growth on website and landing page design, from new high-intent pages to campaign microsites.
Turn static assets (e.g., infographics, PDFs, data visuals) into elevated interactive experiences such as scrollytelling pages, interactive charts, and lightweight product stories.
Design with conversion and usability in mind, applying sound UX and responsive design fundamentals.
Partner with developers or no-code tools to ensure designs are implemented accurately and perform well.
Creative Innovation & New Formats
Identify and propose new visual formats that help One Model stand out in the HR and People Analytics space (motion, short-form video frames, interactive tools, OOH concepts, etc.).
Experiment with fresh ways to visualize workforce data and benchmarks so they feel accessible and engaging to CHROs and People Analytics leaders.
Bring inspiration from design, culture, and SaaS marketing into our campaigns, proactively pitching visual concepts and testing new approaches.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing from the planning stages of campaigns, not just at the asset-production stage.
Support Sales and Customer Success with high-value decks and collateral that tell a clear, visual story for executive buyers.
Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers when needed, providing briefs, feedback, and quality control.
Lead and mentor future design hires and contractors, setting quality standards, giving clear feedback, and helping them work within (and improve) the One Model brand system.
Help improve how the broader team scopes, reviews, and gives feedback on creative work.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
Work with the Director of Growth to understand how creative impacts performance across channels (CTR, conversion, engagement, time on page).

Key Skills & Qualifications
Brand & Marketing Design Expertise: 6-9 years of experience in brand/marketing design, ideally in B2B SaaS or complex enterprise products. Portfolio shows strong brand systems work, thoughtful typography, and a mix of campaign and web design.
Web & UX Fundamentals: Experience designing websites and landing pages with an understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and user flows.
Systems Thinking: Able to turn guidelines into scalable systems-components, templates, and patterns that keep work consistent without killing creativity.
Collaboration: Comfortable presenting work, explaining design decisions to non-designers, and incorporating feedback while protecting core principles of the brand.

The Role: Conversational Designer
The Product Design team at Luma Health owns the end-to-end experience for both healthcare staff and patients. Our product experience is our competitive edge. What YOU will do at Luma Health
Design end-to-end conversational experiences for both voice and text-based AI agents across patient-facing products
Craft dialogue flows, conversational patterns, and error handling that feel natural while achieving business goals
Define and evolve the personality, tone, and voice guidelines for our AI agents across different contexts and use cases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, AI/ML specialists, and product designers to shape AI product strategy
Conduct user research and testing to understand how patients and healthcare staff interact with conversational interfaces, iterating based on real-world feedback
Design for edge cases, errors, and conversational repair: the messy moments where AI experiences often break down
Create conversation design documentation including sample dialogues, decision trees, and persona guidelines
Partner with product designers to ensure conversational experiences integrate seamlessly with visual UI
Measure and optimize conversational experiences using analytics, user feedback, and conversation logs
Who you are
Have 3-5 years of experience in conversational design, voice design, UX writing, or related fields (bonus for healthcare or related industry experience)
A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to design natural, effective conversational experiences: show us your dialogue flows, how you handle errors, and how you've solved complex interaction problems
Experience designing for both voice and text-based interfaces, understanding the unique constraints and opportunities of each
Comfortable working with AI/LLM technologies and understanding their capabilities and limitations
Skilled at writing dialogue that sounds human, handles ambiguity, and guides users without feeling scripted or robotic
Experience conducting conversational user research and usability testing

About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Web/Visual Designer (Contract) to help shape the next generation of OpusClip's marketing web experience. You'll be responsible for designing and building engaging, high-performing web experiences that bring our brand to life and drive growth.
