Primary Purpose: Provide Multimedia and Technology Support for the College of Law.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Provide telephone, face-to-face, and remote MultiMedia audio/visual support for students, faculty, staff, and external constituents
+ Operate and maintain classroom multi-media, video, audio production equipment, and media related software
+ Provide maintenance, setup, operation, training, troubleshooting, and support for a variety of events and productions using multi-media equipment
+ Assist with the evaluation, recommendation, and installation of MultiMedia hardware improvements related to the College of Law
+ May be required to provide multimedia support offsite and at the Tampa campus on occasion
+ Assists in coordinating requests of individuals and/or group (e.g. installation, configuration, repair, technical support, equipment requirements, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring availability of audio/video equipment for instructional and event use
+ Maintains inventories of supplies and materials for the department
+ Evaluates media equipment and software applications for the purpose of making repairs, providing technical support, diagnosing malfunctions and/or recommending acquisitions
+ Occasional night and weekend work required
+ Maintains a collaborative work environment and works well with others.
+ All other duties as assigned.

+ AA/AS degree in Telecommunications, Broadcasting, Instructional Technology, or related field strongly preferred. 3 to 5 years' experience in multimedia services or a closely related field.
+ Must be able to perform "hands on" work such as pulling cables, installing, and configuring equipment, and related activities
+ Strong client focus and genuine desire to assist
+ Excellent analytical skills and customer service skills
+ Ability to operate various types of classroom and event multi-media equipment and technology systems
+ Must have current knowledge of techniques and practices in the audio/video and multi-media industries
