Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI (LSS) is looking for a part-time, benefit eligible Licensed Therapist to work with children, adults and families in community settings with our Family Preservation Program! This is a part-time, 32 hour per week, benefit eligible opportunity.
Referrals come from county CCS programs, county Children Protective Services programs, and the Department of Corrections (DOC). Our therapists meet with children, adults, and families in community settings, including the home, and school to literally and figuratively meet the client where they are at. This position will be providing mental health and substance use treatment to clients we are supporting. All services provided require the use of counseling skills and treatment practices to help clients overcome barriers related based on the client's individual needs. All work, travel and documentation time is compensable.
As a licensed therapist with Family Preservation Services/CCS you will:
Provide in-home family therapy services to adult or youth clients and their families.
Conduct assessments of client needs using clinical interview, objective diagnostic tools.
Develop treatment plan collaboratively with client and other providers
Provide agreed upon and necessary therapeutic services, keeping with strength-based, evidence-based best practice
Complete required documentation within required timelines
Attend client recovery team meetings
Actively participate in clinical supervision
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Master's degree in Social Work with Mental Health concentration, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related program is required.
Practicum experience, through your degree program, related to services LSS provides is required.
Eligibility for training license by meeting criteria set for by WI Department of Safety and Professional Services.

JOB SUMMARY
The Universal Banker is a key player in driving branch growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Deposit Growth:
Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new consumer and business checking accounts through targeted outbound calling, networking, community involvement, and referrals.
Develop and carry out strategies to increase deposit balances from existing customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and deposit growth goals for new accounts and deposit balances.
Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and track progress towards conversion.
Develop a deep understanding of the local market, competitors, and customer needs to effectively position the bank's products and services.
Partner with other departments (e.g., Commercial Lending, SBA, Nonprofits etc.) to identify cross-selling opportunities and generate referrals.
Customer Service and Relationship Management:
Greet and direct customers promptly and professionally.
Actively interact with customers, prospects, and coworkers to build strong business relationships.

Accept checks presented for cash following the check cashing policy and verifying identification.
Accept installment and commercial payments.
Process advances for personal and home equity lines of credit.
Handle U.S. Savings redemption transactions.
Issue cashier checks, money orders, gift cards, and credit card cash advances.
Issue debit cards, make changes, and close a requested.
Accept check re-orders and address changes.
Process dormant and inactive account transactions according to bank policy.
Handle and balance cash drawer.
Operational and Administrative Duties:
Assist with opening and closing of the bank facility by accessing security system, recording, and processing night deposit bags / envelopes.
Maintain bank security by following policy, which includes internal security, transaction security, and robbery procedures.
Process any of the following: Incoming mail deposits and payments; Loan deposits; signature cards; transfers, and coin orders.
Perform ATM duties.
Print daily reports & notices.
Assist in applying postage to the bank's outgoing mail.
Scan & index account forms in M-Files.
Perform Canadian exchange for customers.
Generates new business through prospecting, calling, social networking and referrals from EFD, SBA, National, Commercial and Consumer lending.
Sell, explain, and open deposit accounts for both personal and business customers and prepare all related documentation.
Cross sell bank products and services.
Compliance and Training:
Maintain solid understanding of all legal and regulatory compliance issues as they pertain to this position.
Loss prevention and security as applicable for this position.
Complete required training.
Participate in Stearns Bank sales/referral promotions.

The Alcohol and Drug Counselor Intern is responsible for providing ongoing assessment and treatment planning for clients, as well as facilitating individual and group counseling sessions and education sessions. Document client participation and progress in client record according to the Center's policies and procedures.
Communicate regularly with Clinic Director and Mental Health Professional on the treatment and progress of clients.
Facilitate group chemical dependency counseling and education sessions.
Work with clients to develop and implement a viable, individualized continuing care plan, including assistance in coordination with significant others, referrals for medical services, substance use services, mental health services and referrals related to other client needs.
Work with concerned persons (family members, friends) with resources for sober support during and following treatment as needed.
General
Work as a member of the broader team of the Center to ensure a high level of service to our clients, including assisting with general housekeeping, kitchen duties and light maintenance.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
Enrolled in an accredited program with an approved faculty supervisor.
Working toward Licensure by the State of Minnesota as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
Know and understand the implications of chapter 245G, chapter 245A, and sections 626.556, 626.557 and 626.5572.
Physical Requirements:
Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, printer, etc.
Frequently communicate with employees, managers, patients and other individuals with key relationships. This requires receiving and providing accurate information in these situations.
Frequently move around the office to access file cabinets, office machinery and supplies, etc
