WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a shipping & receiving clerk, you will check in and prepare merchandise to be placed into stock. You will also pull merchandise for prompt accurate shipping to customers/warehouses.
There is plenty of growth opportunities within the organization.
Prepare merchandise for shipment by packaging, preparing records of goods shipped, filling out bills-of-lading, and invoices, posting weights, verifies accuracy of shipments
Pull materials from stock using forklift and/or pallet
Notify freight company of outbound shipments
Load and unload trucks using forklift/pallet jack and place in proper storage locations
Maintain stock in an orderly and safe manner.
Keep work area clean
Assist in prioritizing incoming and outgoing shipments
Prepare UPS shipments
Assist in inventory control
Lift and move heavy objects
Operate forklift in accordance with OSHA requirements
Operate pallet jack, weight scale, box strapper, staple machine, hand held scanner and computer
Route incoming merchandise and materials to proper departments
Reject damaged goods and follow Company procedures for returns
Observe all safety rules, company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
YOUR EXPERIENCES & SKILLS
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Minimum of two (2) years experience in a lean distribution/assembly environment (preferred)

Possess a mechanical aptitude that would allow for the ability to effectively function as a quality representative at Material Review Board (MRB) level.
Experience in a machine shop environment is preferred.
Experience/familiarity with aerospace grade materials and specifications (inconel, titanium, stainless steels), heat treating and case-hardening (nitriding, plasma spray, boron diffusion, etc.) preferred.
Ability to both promote and foster a Continuous Improvement culture both internally and at our supplier's.
Previous experience in implementing and using Lean tools and methodologies.
General understanding of Aerospace customer requirements - OEM, FAA and DCMA.
Excellent computer skills (word processing, graphics, spreadsheet, etc.)
Demonstrated proficiency in project management.
Team orientated with the ability to influence others without authority
Effective communicator - strong written and verbal communication skills is required.

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the design, application, and technical support of McGill bearing product, including standard product as well as modified or engineered to order designs to meet customer requirements, analyzing failed product, and other duties as assigned. Major Responsibilities:

Also, will install one motor block to drive the grinding wheel to dress the drive roll and a second motor block to drive the grinding wheel for bearing components. Changing, grinding, and adjusting jaws on the chuck work-head. Changing, and grinding backing plates. Setting, and adjusting shoe and shoe holder.
During the time required to complete a machine setup, the operator will attend the running machines in the group at regular intervals.
Operates multiple machines simultaneously. Manually loads all units with parts and removes parts from unloading trays.
Uses a limited variety of gauges, such as air, mechanical, plug, and runout, to inspect parts running on all units. SPC data charting as required.
Gauges a high percentage of finished parts and makes machine adjustments accordingly to maintain specified print tolerances. Gauging pertains to controlling size, taper, runout, etc.
Changes grinding wheels and turns diamond when necessary.
Keeps machinery and work area clean and orderly. Completes required paperwork.
Performs miscellaneous related duties such as material handling, clerical reporting, and machine lubrication.
Perform first piece approval, per set up approval-process.

The position's mission is to increase orders and sales of Power Efficiency Solutions (PES) to Data Centers. Primary duties include identifying customers' pain points, developing application-level value propositions, nurturing relationships with stakeholders in the Data Center ecosystem, recommending technical solutions focused on (but not limited to) the Air Moving portfolio (backward curve plug fans, forward curve blowers axial fans, etc.), and helping customers qualify RRX solutions. The successful candidate is action-oriented, a strong communicator, and a collaborative team player across multiple functions, balancing technical and business expertise. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager of Air Moving Solutions, this individual will be a critical member of the Product Management team, responsible for driving profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Industry Stewardship: nurtures relationships with several stakeholders in the Data Center ecosystem - OEMs (original equipment manufacturers), designers, engineering firms, integrators, enterprises, operators, regulators, and others - to drive specification of RRX products and solutions.
New Customer Prospecting: expert in targeting applications, prospecting, pain points, and broad solutions selection, gathers detailed information about opportunities, identifies key decision-makers, understands strategic business challenges and priorities, and leads the team in chasing the right business opportunities.
Sales Funnel/Lead Creation: expert in targeting applications, prospecting, pain points, and broad solutions selection, gathers detailed information about opportunities, identifies key decision-makers, understands strategic business challenges and priorities, and leads the team in chasing the right business opportunities.
Pre-Sales Customer Consulting: deep understanding of Data Center customers' pain points and system-level technical requirements to provide consulting to customers during the pre-sales phase on their several applications - CRAC/CRAH, Air Handlers, Package Units, Chillers, and others. Customer Qualification: collaborates with Account Managers/Executives to manage a sales funnel and maintain initiatives for Data Centers in CRM, driving opportunities from lead to bid to close and from order to cash. Partners with Product Management and Application Engineering to recommend PES products and services focused on (but not limited to) the Air Moving portfolio.
Solutions Value Proposition: helps develop quantified value messaging to Data Center customers based on the systems' higher-level lifecycle benefits when customers deploy RRX Air Moving products related (but not limited to) energy efficiency, reliability, cyber security, connectivity and integration, and sustainability (going beyond products' immediate features and functions).
Solutions IoT & Integration: understands architectures of HVAC applications and their connections with other systems in Data Centers for integration, and services of condition monitoring and predictive analytics.
Customer Obsession: ensures an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint, facilitating positive, long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with accounts; beyond meeting customer needs, it involves anticipating those needs and continually innovating to exceed expectations.
Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitive offerings and drive new product development initiatives to drive innovation with purpose in the Data Center Space.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology or a related field.
5+ years of commercial or technical experience in HVAC air flow and cooling applications in the Data center space
Strong presentation communication skills

Sales experience focusing on OEMs, consultants, and end-users
Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines

Expected Base Salary Range:
The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
Annual base salary range: $56,000-$120,000

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a welder , you will be responsible for the daily setup and operation of one or more robot welding machines. Operator will mainly utilize Fronius, OTC, and Dynasty welding machines. Operator will also assist other operators with any of their daily duties, including but not limited to, area housekeeping, maintenance work, and material staging. Operators will manufacture parts by following a part-specific blueprint/drawing. These drawings are defined by the engineering department in conjunction with customer drawings and specifications.
This position is considered a safety sensitive position due to "the operation of a motor vehicle, other vehicle (forklift), equipment, machinery or power tools or the repairing, maintaining or monitoring the performance or operation of any equipment, machinery or manufacturing process, the malfunction or disruption of which could result in injury or property damageā.
Staff and operate assigned machinery to facilitate production needs.
Stage raw materials at designated work center
Load and unload machines.
Use handheld tools/gauges to confirm in-process part conformance.
Skid in-process parts in a manner that provides protection from damage.
Ensure production identification and traceability.
Conduct operator level maintenance when required.
Must adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

YOUR EXPERIENCES & SKILLS
