Job Duties * Client On-boarding: * Send a welcome package to new clients, including essential business planning tools and resources. * Ensure all materials are up-to-date and tailored to client needs. * Training Coordination: * Assist clients in identifying relevant training opportunities, including self-paced VOD courses. * Register clients for training sessions and provide necessary follow-up information. * Client Follow-up: * Conduct regular follow-up with clients to confirm business progress. * Encourage client participation in TSBDC surveys and gather feedback on services provided.
