Service Request Management: The successful candidate will efficiently assign service requests through mobile technology (Email, texts, and/or service APP), Repairs: The applicant will handle all aspects of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, carpentry, drywall repairs, and painting needs at the facilities. Scheduled Maintenance Management: The candidate will oversee the maintenance and upkeep of mechanical equipment, including water quality, water heaters, HVAC units, elevator systems, and septic systems. Completes other appropriate assignments made by the Director of Facilities. Requirements: Basic knowledge of and experience with: Trades to understand repair problems, minor repairs on outlets, lamps and plumbing fixtures. Power tools. Wood floor maintenance and installation of floor tiles. Window glass replacement. Lock repair and replacement. Knowledge of and ability to perform required role during emergency situations. Experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
