Job Description
Surgical technologists play a critical role on surgical teams at all Munson Healthcare hospitals. This position requires excellent clinical judgment, critical thinking, accuracy, and strong interpersonal skills. As a member of the OR team, you'll work with many specialty surgeons, their physician assistants, and advanced practice registered nurses, all striving to provide excellent patient care in a dynamic environment. Specialties include cardiovascular, eye, endovascular, and neurology. Munson Healthcare offers many opportunities for clinical advancement.

This is an opportunity for Surgical Technologist students from Baker, Kirtland and NMC who have completed their didactic curriculum.
The Surgical Technologist Apprenticeship Program allows you to be paid as an apprentice during your program's clinical hours in the operating room:
* Upon completion of the first clinical, apprentices are eligible for a $5,000 milestone bonus (less taxes) and receive a pay increase
* Complete 2nd clinical (apprenticeship) paid
* After graduation, move into a Graduate Surg Tech role as you continue to prepare for the certification exam.
* Once you pass the certification exam, you will receive a $5,000 completion bonus (less taxes)
* move to Certified Surgical Tech role and eligible for career ladder

A Day in the Life
Under general supervision, operates specific Radiology equipment used for diagnosis and treatment. Provides appropriate patient care, processes images and follows direction from the Clinical Educator from the specific modality.
Acknowledges that safety is a self-responsibility. Knows the physical requirements of the job and work within those guidelines. Performs job duties safely at all times, utilizing learned body mechanics and transferring/lifting techniques. Plans actions to promote safety. Reports any unsafe situation/equipment according to Hospital procedure.
Maintains BCLS certification.
Cleans and restocks patient rooms as needed.
Complies with all mandatory hospital and radiology in-services.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Successful completion of one year of Radiology didactic instruction at an accredited Radiology, Ultrasound or MRI program and proficiency in radiologic exams at clinical site.

We're looking for a Business Adminsitration superstar to support the work of our Marketing Customer Experience teams. This role reports directly to the Director of Customer Experience and supports the Marketing Coordinator. Job Description
This position is based onsite at our Portland, ME location. Beginning in late May, the duration of the internship program is 12 weeks. Interns must live in Maine throughout the duration of the internship program.

Our pre-doctoral internship in clinical psychology offers an extraordinary opportunity for a qualified student to receive structured training in a unique, innovative multidisciplinary setting. Internship training focuses on accurate interviewing and clinical assessment for a wide variety of primary and comorbid presenting mental health concerns-including anxiety disorders, trauma, obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, behavior or conduct disorders, among others-as well as various evidence-based treatments for children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. Specialized training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) interventions, including exposure and response prevention (ERP), parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), and other evidence-based treatments will be provided. Opportunities for training in other treatment approaches (e.g., parent-child interaction therapy for selective mutism [PCIT-SM], dialectical behavior therapy [DBT]), as well as psychoeducational and neuropsychological assessment, while not central components of the pre-doctoral internship, may be made available to interested interns.
Interns will receive educational enrichment through a series of didactics presented by our clinical staff; comprehensive individual and group supervision meetings; clinical meetings within our Anxiety Disorders, ADHD and Behaviors Disorders, and Mood Disorders Centers; and a series of lectures presented through our Visiting Professor Lecture Series. Program Structure
The internship follows a developmental learning model that allows interns to progress at an individualized pace through four stages:
Stage 1: Organizational and departmental onboarding
Stage 2: Supervisor-led sessions with intern observation
Stage 3: Intern-led sessions with supervisor observation
Stage 4: Increased independence with ongoing supervisory oversight
Clinical Placement Opportunities
Interns may be placed in a variety of clinical settings based on program availability, educational requirements, and career interests, including: Inpatient and Outpatient Services, Partial Hospitalization Programs, Residential Care, Child & Adolescent Services, Psychological Assessment & Testing, School-Based Counseling (K-12), Substance Use Disorder Treatment, and Urgent Care and Crisis Services

Intern - Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician
What Will you Do?
As an Intern at Pine Rest, you'll be part of tight-knit team that believes in the healing power of your expertise and compassion. The Intern - Clinical Outpatient Therapist is responsible to be a student intern who provides assessment, counseling, treatment and gives referrals and advocacy services for patients under the supervision of a licensed professional. Is also responsible for upholding the highest quality care, keeping with all standards and bylaws set by government agencies as well as Pine Rest. Intern - Clinical Outpatient Therapist Intern must demonstrate excellent customer service and have enthusiasm about the program and the Pine Rest organization.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Participates in the interviewing of persons served and assessing them through mental status as well as reviewing records obtained from other patient care staff.
Selects and completes appropriate therapeutic interventions based upon clinical knowledge base and educational background (to include individual, group, family, experiential, and evidence based models).
Collaborates with other treatment team members regarding patients' progress through interdisciplinary team meetings, record review, and informal discussions.
Ensures that medical record documentation protocols are complied with. Ensures that persons' served progress notes are entered into the medical records on a timely basis and in accordance with established organizational and departmental procedures.
May coordinate services and community resources as needed and assist person's served in obtaining them.
Participates regularly in departmental and staff meetings. Serves on programs or organizational committees as required and as time and workload allow.
Maintains all Michigan licensure requirements.
Builds knowledge of current trends and developments in treatment and counseling through the use of appropriate professional literature, medical workshops and publications. Fulfills continuing education requirements as per PRCMHS departmental policies.
Participates in education and training programs for persons served, families, or community groups.
May conduct research.
May be required to support and promote a recovery focused environment and person-centered approach within the program.
What Does the Role Require?
Education/Experience:
Currently enrolled in an accredited Master's level program in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.

What you'll do
This internship is structured as an intensive twelve-week program divided into two six-week blocks.
Block 1: Introduction to Prospecting
Onboarding & Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of energy storage development, specific project criteria, and the NYC energy landscape.
Data Impact: Directly add value to Orenda's proprietary data sets and help the origination team prioritize prospective project sites.
Performance Milestone: Advancement to the second block is contingent upon a formal supervisor recommendation and successfully passing a "Fatal Flaw Analysis" with the Investment Committee.
Block 2: Independently Qualifying Future Opportunities
Strategic Growth: Build upon the origination process with a focus on independently qualifying and advancing new project leads.
Stakeholder Engagement: Move toward independently engaging with prospective landowner partners to discuss potential leasing terms and conditions.
Ownership: Take responsibility for interim and final deliverable schedules, ensuring all work product meets Orenda's high standards for accuracy and detail.

We're looking for a Business Administration superstar to support the work of our Marketing and Customer Experience teams. This role reports directly to the Director of Customer Experience and supports the Marketing Coordinator. This individual interfaces with our community publicly, our customers privately, and the Kids in the Game team internally. A Day in the Life
Under general supervision, operates specific Radiology equipment used for diagnosis and treatment. Provides appropriate patient care, processes images and follows direction from the Clinical Educator from the specific modality.
Acknowledges that safety is a self-responsibility. Knows the physical requirements of the job and work within those guidelines. Performs job duties safely at all times, utilizing learned body mechanics and transferring/lifting techniques. Plans actions to promote safety. Reports any unsafe situation/equipment according to Hospital procedure.
Maintains BCLS certification.
Cleans and restocks patient rooms as needed.
Complies with all mandatory hospital and radiology in-services.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What's Required
Successful completion of one year of Radiology didactic instruction at an accredited Radiology, Ultrasound or MRI program and proficiency in radiologic exams at clinical site.
