Typically most stores pay well and the work is reliable. After you get some tenure there is lots of training opportunities and opportunities to move up.
Just like every where there are good ole boys clubs, field service guys cannot take their trucks home. Cameras I. All company vehicles. They are very strict in regards to setting the cameras off and that can be stressful if you need to use a company vehicle for something. Even the managers won't drive them.

Never met the ceo so I cannot comment on that. The management teams I've seen are willing to teach you if you ask.
