The Facility Engineer will work in our Houston Corporate office and may work two (2) days a week remotely. Coordinate with both onshore and offshore staff during shutdowns, startups, and execution Support Management of Change (MoC), Safe Work Practices, and Process Safety processes Maintain accurate documentation of facility configurations, drawings, and technical records Licenses/ Certifications Willing to attend and be able to pass HUET (Helicopter Underwater Egress Training) Professional Engineer (PE) license, preferably Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or other Engineering field Minimum 7 years' experience in oil and gas industry, with experience in deepwater production facilities Working knowledge of process equipment, piping systems, pumps, compression, power generation, and utility systems Understanding of MoC, HAZOP, and risk assessment processes Familiarity with applicable industry standards (API, ASME, ABS, etc.) and regulatory requirements (BSEE, USCG) Ability to travel offshore as needed (occasional trips) Desired/Preferred Qualifications Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and reliability Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive mindset The individual is required to follow all applicable safety precautions. Responsibilities * Upon receipt of inbound products from manufacturers, checks packing slips to ensure that the quantity of product matches the slips and the order placed. Enters and validates product data in the warehouse management system (WMS) and releases product for use in the facility. * Develops forecasts of inventory based on customer demand, orders, and shipment speeds of various products and suppliers. * Places electronic orders based on inventory reporting and forecasting.
