Supermicro is seeking a Field Engineer who will be responsible for fieldwork at customer sites to resolve and repair server systems. The Field Engineer is a critical part of post-sales support and needs to demonstrate exceptional technical aptitude in working with server products in addition to excellent interpersonal skills. It requires the ability to support our Global Service network and help build a world-class Field Engineering organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
On-site and remote troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems on Supermicro equipment in an enterprise environment
Drive customer satisfaction through service excellence by leading preventive maintenance actions, managing repair/parts cycle times
Ensure escalation situations are managed and corrected quickly and professionally
Provide 2nd line support to the reseller/distributors in all aspects of customer support
Have a very high level of enterprise solution product knowledge
Work with Technical Account Manager, Service Manager, and Product Manager to define service programs
Provide and contribute information such as fault triage and training materials
Run tests and simulations at our facility to assist with problem-solving
Travel to the field to train and or resolve customer issues
Train new service engineers
Able to work under the Technical Account Manager's direction and take ownership of customer base
Demonstrate the ability to be self-sufficient in the field
Able to defuse challenging situations
Manage time effectively; prioritize and make good business judgments and decisions in relationship to efficiency, and effectiveness while meeting daily service expectations
Determines requirements and/or root cause of technical issues by working with customers
Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
Ability to produce meaningful reports and metrics is a plus
Ability to lift 35-lbs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience preferred
Minimum of 3 years' experience in field support servicing complex X86 systems and parts preferred
Will consider an associate degree in electrical technology, electronics, or equivalent military experience
Work experience in large enterprises or certification in Windows and Linux environments is a plus
Emphasize break/fix experience and on-site customer service experience
Hands-on experience with servers (Supermicro, EMC, DELL, HP)
Solid hardware system diagnostics skills, as well as a good understanding of how BIOS, drivers, and application loads can cause system issues
Strong technical communication skills to lead investigations with engineers of multiple disciplines
Strong written and verbal communication skills, project management skills, and solid time management skills
Be able to participate in multiple cross-functional projects concurrently in a rapidly changing environment, within established timelines and have a demonstrated ability to learn and embrace new and changing technologies
Ability to work in a challenging, dynamic, and fast-paced environment with the ability to identify and escalate issues promptly, and be proactive in driving solutions
Full professional proficiency in English (read/write/speak)

After an initial training period, you will support data center infrastructure operations on a shift schedule supporting our 24/7 staffing model. MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Counterintelligence Cyber Threat Technical Lead to join our team in Springfield, VA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Generate timely and actionable intelligence reports on technical counterintelligence (CI) and cyber threats . This includes producing 36 weekly status reports, 8 monthly threat reports, and 3 quarterly threat reports, incorporating threat data from Technical CI team, network security personnel, and fused all-source intelligence, including imagery, to inform security decisions.
Contribute to the annual CI Cyber Branch Threat Assessment by providing comprehensive input derived from weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs), and raw and finished IC intelligence, presenting analytic judgments, identifying intelligence gaps, and outlining overall technical threats.
Produce a minimum of nine high-quality Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) annually based on data from the Technical CI team, cybersecurity personnel, or partner agencies. This involves coordinating with stakeholders for accuracy, cross-referencing information with IC reporting, clearly conveying threats, responding to IC priority collection requirements, and ensuring timeliness.
Conduct inquiries into anomalous activity utilizing automated investigative tools such as M3, Palantir, TAC, ARCSIGHT, RSA Security Analytics, CCD, QLIX, TIDE, or Criss Cross.
Provide expert Technical CI advice and support for inquiries, operations, and issues, acting as a liaison between the CI Office, Insider Threat, Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC), and IC/DoD partners to ensure effective execution of the CI Cyber Mission.
Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years Threat Analysis experience, of which at least 5+ of those years include Technical Threat Analysis experience or cyber investigations.
Possess or obtain certification to comply with DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance (IA) requirements within one calendar year of assignment. Shall possess or obtain and maintain IA II certification.
Desired Qualifications:
Credentialed graduate of an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy.
Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics discipline.
Possess post-graduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics disciplines.
Possess knowledge and understanding of foreign adversaries' security and intelligence services, terrorist organizations, and threats posed to US Gov.

Must have a TS/SCI with the ability to pass a Poly
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Three days per week schedule with 4 weekend shifts required in a 4-week period (Friday and Saturday nights)
• Position involves ZERO hands-on patient care - strictly bed placement coordination
• Must have recent acute care experience (2 years preferred, minimum 1 year acceptable)
• Required experience with TeleTracking and Cerner systems
• Must be proficient with computers, Zoom, and Google applications
• Strong multitasking and customer service skills required
• Must understand different hospital departments and units (Med/Surg vs Telemetry, etc.)

• Pre-assignment modules required (3-4 hours, not billable)
• DYS exam through UNA required prior to acceptance (must pass within 2 attempts)
• 1 day general hospital orientation plus 3-5 days department training
• BLS certification required
• Professional scrubs or clean casual attire (jeans without holes, clean hoodies) acceptable
• Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
