QUALIFICATIONS:

This outpatient position offers a unique opportunity to be an integrated member of a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate is a speech language pathologist who has previous work or internship experience working with young children and their families.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Current Speech Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the State of Ohio.
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team approach
Responsibilities:
* Provide speech therapy to clients in outpatient multidisciplinary team setting
* Complete documentation in a timely manner consistent with agency and therapy department policies and procedures.
* Collaborate, consult, and plan with other team members
* Attend supervision, departmental, and agency meetings.
* Attend continuing education opportunities to maintain current licensure.
* Participate with supervisor in developing and implementing a plan for professional growth aligned with annual performance evaluation and agency goals.
* Serve on agency committees.
