Work-life balance. I like working from home.
Managers keep changing a lot, and they all want things done differently. Each manager communicates differently.
Health benefits. They will send us little care packages. We can win prizes and free gift cards.
Great environment, helpful management, great compensation
The best company to work for in Omaha. The atmosphere is amazing and just being in a little village everyday makes the job fun. Covid-19 showed Mutual’s true colors and the CEO did not let us down. He is supporting us every step of the way and is making sure his employees are cared for. MOO is home for me and honestly a landmark in Omaha. Our customers are amazing and I could ask for a better job! Our customers own our company and you truly feel that working there. Everyone is in the same page. MOO is truly an amazing place and I feel proud walking in everyday even though covid has us home right now.
Benefits are not the best but I’m sure will get better over the years.
The cafeteria!!!! So many options and such a unique beautiful place to eat.
