Responsibilities:
Perform MPD rig surveys, provide recommendations and document requirements efficiently.
Supervise field installation and operation of MPD operations, including pre-job planning, equipment readiness, logistics, supervision of all on-site personnel, and post-well performance reporting.
Installing, testing, operating and maintaining all aspects of MPD equipment including, but not limited to MPD choke manifolds, Coriolis meters, Software controls, etc.
Assist in the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of MPD systems and equipment for onsite MPD applications.
Manage onsite client relationships and expectations.
Effective communication with field, base, office, and management personnel.
Participate in the design and supervision of all MPD field tests.
Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and audits to identify and address any safety concerns.
Ability to train and mentor MPD operators.
Participate in developing technical MPD procedures and policies to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Ensure that equipment and activities meet all internal, local, and client regulations and requirements.
Experience with applicable industry and regulatory codes, standards, and recommended practices.
Adhere to and participate in Iron Horse Tool's Health, Safety, and Environmental (“HSE”) policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in managed pressure drilling operations and 2 years as an MPD Supervisor
In-depth knowledge of MPD technologies, Equipment, Process and Information Diagrams, Flow Systems and applications.
Strong understanding of drilling operations and well control principles.
Understanding of Downhole Hydraulics, electronics and mechanical troubleshooting.
Experience working in the L48 regions
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and within groups.
Proven ability to work effectively in the field, under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Lead Department Remodels and Resets:
Prepare, direct and follow-up on minor installation which involve resetting product, building fixtures and merchandising product.
Lead or participate in major installations when business exceptions require additional support.
Major installations could involve moving the card department, building fixtures and merchandising product.
In this role you must be able to motivate both in-person and remote teams, follow through on commitments, and lead by example in applying Hallmark's best practices. You should excel at managing and leading others through change, delegate tasks when needed, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. Being organized, managing time efficiently, and handling administrative duties are also key responsibilities, as well as building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is a physically demanding job that requires a high level of energy and a sense of urgency. You will be working on the selling floor as well as in back stockrooms. You must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion. You will also be required to kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout your workday, and you may be required to climb stairs and step ladders.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
At least 18 years of age.
Able to read, understand and communicate in English.

Provide orientation visits to Primary Home Care Providers as assigned by the Primary Home Care (PHC) Manager.
Do supervisory visits to clients' homes on scheduled visits.
Set up appointments with the Providers and the clients for the supervisory and orientation visits.
Report completion of all supervisory and orientation visits to the PHC Manager.
Complete supervisory and orientation records; have them signed by the Provider, the client and yourself.
Turn the supervisory or orientation records into the PHC Manager within 24 hours of the visit.
Provide care to a client when an appropriate Provider cannot be located.
Report, in writing, your out of office schedule each day. You must include the names of each client and the time you expect to visit them. This is to be turned in the day previous to the out of office activity.
Return all telephone contacts ASAP, or within 20 minutes of being contacted.
If you do not have your telephone with you, notify the PHC Manager, then plan to check into the office before you leave each location.
Collect the Providers' service delivery records at the end of each pay period and give them to the PHC Manager for preparation and payroll.
Compile client's folders to be left in each client's home. Place the folder in the home at the time of each orientation visit.
Telephone a minimum of 10 clients per week to obtain a survey of client satisfaction and determine if there are any problems with their Provider.
Perform chart audits to determine if all pertinent documents are present.
Assist in evaluations of Providers.
Intervene as possible when a problem develops between a client and a Provider; if resolution is beyond your scope of authority, notify your supervisor immediately.
Perform any and all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.
JOB CONDITIONS:
Position is stressful in meeting deadlines. Minimal lifting of office records and printouts. Primarily, an out of the office field job which involves sitting, standing, walking and extensive driving. The Field Installation Supervisor (IS) is a part-time position responsible for supervising a group of 2-3 Installation Merchandiser Floaters within a specific geography. Installation Merchandisers help build Hallmark fixtures, moving card departments, installing new stores, store relocations, and card department remodels.
SALARY AND SCHEDULE DETAILS
Your starting hourly pay rate will be between $16.00 to $18.00 depending on your skills and experience.
Eligible Employees receive annual pay increases.
This is a Part-Time position with daytime and early evening hours, typically Monday through Friday.
Average weekly hours for this position are between 5-20 hours per week.
Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends is required.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
You'll perform supervisory overview and assistance with service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores such as grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers. The Installation Supervisor position consists of two major components:
Supervise and Manage Service:
Supervise a team of 2-3 Installation Merchandiser Floaters.
Document and manage performance with manager feedback and input.
Handle retailer concerns, retail execution issues and retail merchandiser performance issues by working with store management, field merchandisers and/or your manager.
Lead Department Remodels and Resets:
Prepare, direct and follow-up on minor installation which involve resetting product, building fixtures and merchandising product.
Lead or participate in major installations when business exceptions require additional support.
Major installations could involve moving the card department, building fixtures and merchandising product.
In this role you must be able to motivate both in-person and remote teams, follow through on commitments, and lead by example in applying Hallmark's best practices. You should excel at managing and leading others through change, delegate tasks when needed, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. Being organized, managing time efficiently, and handling administrative duties are also key responsibilities, as well as building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is a physically demanding job that requires a high level of energy and a sense of urgency. You will be working on the selling floor as well as in back stockrooms. You must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion. You will also be required to kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout your workday, and you may be required to climb stairs and step ladders.

Job Summary
A Community Bridges Inc., (CBI) Discharge Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of discharge for patients receiving services in Crisis, Inpatient, or Transition Point programs. The Discharge Supervisor is actively involved in patient discharge planning from time of admission and ensures that family members, enrolled providers, and other identified supports are actively engaged and involved in the process. The Discharge Supervisor attends 4-hour staffings and daily huddles with the multidisciplinary team to identify any potential discharge barriers and provide feedback on current discharge plan. The Discharge Supervisor ensures the discharge transition plan accurately reflects the discharge plan including placement name, address, outgoing referral and follow up appointments. The Discharge Supervisor works directly with the Clinical Manager, Clinical Director, and Operations team to ensure that discharge planning and services are effective and efficient in addressing patient/participant and community needs as well as are delivered in accordance with CBI Clinical Policy and Procedure, Arizona Administrative Code, ADHS/DBHS Provider Manual, Code of Federal Regulations, and contract requirements.
Education and Experience Required
Bachelors Degree in related field required, Master's Degree preferred.
1-3 years of full-time Behavioral Health Care related work experience where his or her prior experience would provide adequate exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations is preferred but not required.
Fingerprint clearance card required.
Current AZ Driving License.
Clear 39-month motor vehicle record.

JOB TITLE: IBHS Supervisor
Reports to: Clinical Director IBHS/ Designee
GENERAL OVERVIEW OF KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The IBHS Supervisor, meeting the requirements of a Behavioral Consultant will provide BC services and staff supervision for the IBHS Program.
ESSENTIAL & CORE FUNCTIONS:
1. Provide BC services for a minimum caseload of 12 consumers.
2. Provide supervision to IBHS staff in accordance with the regulations.
3. Monitor the IBHS agency's compliance with regulations.
4. Complete FBAs for caseload and other consumers when needed.
5. Provide staff training.
6. Complete and monitor Performance Evaluations and Professional Development Plans for staff.
7. Ensure timely entry and proper delivery of IBHS.
8. Review completion of service documentation assuring regulatory and funding standards are met and adhered to.
9. Maintain an understanding of agency policies and procedures.
10. Field concerns of parents, schools, regulatory agencies regarding service delivery.
11. Oversee disciplinary actions in collaboration with Directors and HR.
12. Lead and documents staff meetings to review program and educate staff on agency policy, procedures and changes.
13. Attending collaborative meetings representing WES.
14. Assist in the development of IBHS procedures and ensure staffs' compliance.
15. Ensure outcome data is collected, reported, complied accurately and in a timely manner.
16. Complete Individual Treatment Plans and Progress Summaries.
17. Participate in Intensive Case Conference meetings.
18. Participate in Crisis Consults.
19. Assure continuous quality assurance/program development.
20. Comply with WES standards for service delivery.
21. Meet service productivity expectations.
22. Complete all paperwork within specified time frames.
23. Participate in and adhere to Individualized Training Plan.
24. Attend and participate in supervision in accordance with regulatory standards.
25. Adhere to WES's Code of Ethics and comply with State Mental Health Code.
26. Participate in continuous quality assurance/program development.
27. Maintain consumer confidentiality.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
PREREQUISITES & QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:
IBHS Supervisor shall meet one of the following:
a. Be licensed in this Commonwealth as a Behavior Specialist.
b. Have a certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute.
c. Have a graduate degree in ABA from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or have an equivalent degree from a foreign college or university that has been evaluated by the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. or the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services. The Department will accept a general equivalency report from the listed evaluator agencies to verify a foreign degree or its equivalency.
d. Have a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth or young adults and a graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or an equivalent degree from a foreign college or university that has been evaluated by the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. or the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services. The Department will accept a general equivalency report from the listed evaluator agencies to verify a foreign degree or its equivalency.
