* Process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing and loan payments
* Provides excellent customer service, identifies customer needs, and suggests appropriate line of products
* Proactively develops new customer relationships and expands relationship with existing customer
* Research and resolve all customer problems and inquires
* Interview consumer loan applicants. Submit and close consumer and equity loans
* Educates customers on all products and services and alternate delivery channels
* Cross sell products and services
* Engage in outside business development activities including cold calling and community involvement
* Contribute to the overall branch goals in sales and service
Job Specifications
* High School diploma or GED required
* Previous teller experience and cash handling experience
* Computer experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Detail oriented and good organization skills
* Good working knowledge of all bank operating procedures, practice and policies
* Ability to prioritize workflow, multi-task, time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to analyze situations and solve complex issues
