The Schedule Manager is responsible for analyzing construction schedules, developing master program schedules, performing delay analysis, implementing best practices for scheduling requirements in contract documents, monitoring schedule risk, and providing reporting to project teams regarding schedule status and risk. In addition, the schedule manager may participate in producing recovery schedule recommendations and collaborate with project stakeholders to work through schedule issues. In this role, you may be required to travel up to 25% of the time. The Schedule Manager will lead all schedule management, analysis, and control support for assigned projects and programs. The Schedule Manager will ensure strategic and tactical support is provided to project teams and clients throughout the full project or program lifecycle through various best practices. Will work with the project management and/or project controls managers to develop a plan for the long-term support of the project or program including developing, managing, and reporting schedule data and analysis. Serve as subject matter expert for scheduling softwares and tools used by Project Controls and Project Teams to analyze schedules, identify risks and develop mitigation plans (e.g. SmartPM, Sitetraxx, P6, Microsoft Project, PowerBI, Office Timeline). Provide forensic analysis for claims defense or mitigation. Ability to review schedule for progress, warning signs, identify critical path, and alignment between cost and schedule. Support review and validation of contractor pay requests from progress standpoint. Support review and validation of contractor change requests when time impacts are a component. The Field Engineer is responsible to help facilitate project delivery and administrative requirements related to planning, management and communication through effective day-to-day administration and coordination of projects. Works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other project team members, including clients, in support of the success of a project. The Project Controls Cost Specialist will work on Project Controls teams using expertise in forecasting, change management, cost management, project budget analysis, project earn value measurement tracking, risk management, proposals, cashflow and reporting tools. In addition, the Cost Specialist will assist with managing the overall program cost controls and reporting function which includes providing client management support, updates, and presentations at all levels of management. In this role you may be required to travel up to 10% of the time. Responsibilities: Develops and produces weekly, monthly, and special reports in a timely manner for the client and PM staff to monitor progress and status of the project, including input from contractor. Support claims and variance analysis reporting with MS Project, Access, Primavera, and Excel skills. The Mechanical Preconstruction Manager is responsible for conceptual budgeting and detailed estimating of HVAC, plumbing, and related systems (including process-specific systems). This position will also be expected to handle related thermal energy distribution, site drainage, roof drainage collection systems, sanitary sewerage, and domestic / fire water system utilities and infrastructure. This position will work alongside other HPM team members to anticipate and fully account for scope of work related to mechanical systems when performing early conceptual budgeting as well as when assembling detailed estimates based on construction drawings and specifications. This role will support multiple preconstruction managers within HPM. As such, candidates should have experience handling multiple concurrent projects. The Mechanical Estimator should have an extensive knowledge of the equipment, components, materials, labor productivity, performance criteria, and overall system designs to insure HPM is able to adequately forecast the cost of mechanical systems. The Mechanical Estimator must be capable of performing conceptual budgeting (based on little information) as well as detailed estimates for a wide range of projects and system types. The Carpenter is responsible for performing standard to moderately complex tasks involving building, installing, and repairing structures, fixtures and other items using different types of materials including wood and steel. Travel to different job sites is required for this role. **Responsibilities:** + Work with materials such as steel, concrete, wood, plastic, fiberglass or drywall. + Plans and performs standard to moderately complex carpentry tasks necessary to construct, erect, install, or repair structures such as door and wall frames; hardware, doors, casework and trim; specialty hardware such as handrails, laminates and door handles. + Study specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine dimensions and materials required to complete a task. + Select and use appropriate hand and power tools and materials required for completion of a job such as; tape, saw, drill, level, chalk box, razor knife, nail puller, nail gun and square or other as necessary. **Requirements:** + High School Diploma, GED or equivalent + 1-4 years experience working as a general Carpenter on commercial or industrial projects + Experience with various manual and power tools such as but not limited to: tape, square, plumb bob, level, hammer, razor knife, chalk box, tool belt, nail puller, and construction calculator + Strong reading, written and verbal communication skills in English, verbal communication in Spanish considered an asset but not required + Valid Driver's License **Physical Demands and Working Environment** : _The conditions herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
