About the Role MWH is currently seeking a Document Controls Specialist to work onsite and support the construction of a Water Treatment Pipelines located in Gresham, OR. Essential Functions Receive, log, track, and distribute documents in both electronic and paper format for project record maintenance. Support the development and maintenance of periodic status reports to keep management informed of project progress. Assist in developing and adhering to project document control procedures including properly updating and maintaining record keeping databases. Recognize issues, advise and confer with leadership and project team on matters affecting projects records, documents and deliverable products. Liaise with project team to proactively address documentation issues to promote project success. Refine and improve services in response to changing technological environment and Client expectations. Serve as dedicated communications hub for project staff by maintaining records, assembly and distribution of documents using a variety of tools including Microsoft SharePoint, BlueBeam, CMiC, and others. Support Project Manager in the collection/distribution of data, communications, and coordination of team deliverables. Support project team in presentations/reports to clients. Work in a manner to ensure your personal safety and that of fellow employees by following company health and safety guidelines and policies. Duties may also include word processing; answering phones; purchasing equipment; filling in for other staff' daily/weekly/monthly coordination of administrative tasks such as managing calendars, travel, expenses, meeting minutes, etc.; other project related activities as needed. Basic Qualifications Four-year degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field or equivalent combination of experience, skills, and training or equivalent combination of experience, skills, and training. Preferred 2-4 years minimum document management, quality control, information technology or other similar experience. Proficient with Outlook, Bluebeam, and document control software such as SharePoint. Excellent communication skills as well as strong attention to detail. Compensation Anticipated pay range for this position is at $62,400 - $72,800 per year, based on experience. About the Role MWH is currently seeking a Mechanical Superintendent to support the construction of a Water Treatment Plant located in the Gresham, OR area. This project will be the first of its kind and ultimately supplying 135 million gallons of water a day to the Portland community. This position is a great opportunity to be a part of a historic infrastructure and filtration project and see it through the entire project delivery life cycle, from groundbreaking to closeout. As the Lead Mechanical Superintendent, you will have overall responsibility for the process mechanical installation on the project and supervision of the installation subcontractor to ensure that the installed work aligns with the overall project implementation plan, focusing on safety, quality, project schedule and cost control. Ensure all work is completed per the engineering requirements detailed in the project documents. You will review and approve subcontractor construction plans, supervise activities, and coordinate work among different subcontractors while maintaining communication with engineering and project management teams. Essential Functions Ensure the safety of your crews. Review and approve subcontractor construction schedule including overall and short interval schedules. Review and approve subcontractor work plans. Ensure each subcontractors' long lead equipment will meet scheduled installation dates. Assist with reviewing Subcontractor BIM information developed for the project. Review and approve all mechanical construction activities, ensuring adherence to project technical requirements. Coordinate subcontractor activities with other discipline subcontractors and liaise with engineering and project management teams. Assist in resolving construction problems and ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications. Review shop drawings and submittals related to mechanical work. Manage field inspections and ensure quality control and assurance standards for ongoing work phases. Plan and coordinate field testing and inspections with the QA/QC staff per contract requirements. Document compliance with quality control procedures and report non-compliance issues. Monitor safety compliance of site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring corrective measures are taken. Adhere to company health and safety policies to maintain a safe work environment. Attend progress meetings and provide updates on project status and quality control measures. Perform additional assignments as directed by project management. Manage subcontractor crane needs and their safety while using the crane. Basic Qualifications Minimum of 15 years of relevant construction industry & supervision experience. Prior experience and familiarity with the current standards for process mechanical in the water infrastructure environment. Thorough understanding of construction safety, quality control and contract management is necessary. The Concrete Superintendent is responsible for managing all field operations related to structural and civil concrete work on water/wastewater projects. Basic Qualifications Minimum 10 years of heavy civil construction experience, with at least 5 years in a superintendent or foreman role. Proven background in structural and civil concrete for water/wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, dams, or similar public works projects. Strong knowledge of formwork systems (Symons, EFCO, Peri, etc.), layout, and reinforcement details. Demonstrated ability to supervise structural concrete work efficiently in fast-paced environments. Position Summary The Project Engineer Electrical supports the planning, coordination, and execution of a defined electrical construction package on a water treatment plant (WTP) project. This role focuses on electrical power distribution, process electrical systems, instrumentation and controls coordination, and commissioning support critical to treatment plant operations. This position is intended for professionals with 2 6 years of experience in electrical construction within water/wastewater, industrial, or process facility environments. About the Role MWH Is currently seeking a Large Diameter Pipe Superintendent, to join our large water/wastewater treatment facility project in Gresham, OR. The Large Diameter Water Transmission Pipe Superintendent leads field construction for large diameter water transmission pipeline projects for public agency clients. This role provides hands-on supervision to ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with contract documents, regulatory requirements, and company safety and quality standards. Primary Responsibilities Supervise daily field operations for large diameter water transmission pipeline installation. Plan and coordinate excavation, shoring, pipe installation, testing, and restoration activities. Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, permits, and Owner requirements. Manage work sequencing to meet schedule milestones while minimizing public and traffic impacts. Enforce safety programs, OSHA requirements, and environmental compliance measures. Coordinate inspections, testing, disinfection, commissioning, and resolve quality issues. Monitor productivity, resources, and field conditions; communicate impacts to project management. Serve as primary on-site contact with management, subcontractors, inspectors, and agency representatives. Required Qualifications 10+ years of heavy civil experience focused on large diameter water transmission pipelines. Proven supervision of steel, ductile iron, PCCP, or HDPE pipeline installation. Strong knowledge of trenching, shoring, dewatering, and deep excavation. Experience with public agency contracts and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills with a commitment to safety and quality. Preferred Qualifications Experience on municipal water infrastructure projects. Familiarity with pipeline testing, disinfection, and commissioning. OSHA 30, Trench Competent Person, Confined Space, and First Aid/CPR certifications. Compensation Anticipated yearly salary is budgeted at $120,000 - $150,000 a year for this part time position.
